My name is Blanca, i am 47 years old. I live in NJ, Morris County.
I like the idea of team up. If some one is interested, i really appreciated if you let me team wit you, a least we can do research together and come up with some ideas that help me to get ahead and do real state. I am a teacher bu i am buried in more that 60, 000 debt, and really don't know how can i succeed otherwise i had to declare bankruptcy and i don't want to do that.

I think "Positive Reflections" could work. You are always reflecting on what you think we need for each week, and it's ALWAYS on a positive note. And this also leaves you flexibility to use it for other days in case you change your blog to a different day than Monday!!

Hi Dean, I am a new member and have read the suggestions. How about "Straight Up Mondays?" I it seems more than just RE advice is being shared and certainly the information is a no nonsence, tell it like it is approach. A cut to the chase mentality. Anyway, glad to be part of the group!

Sorry i didn't get around to commenting on your video blog, I was in Italy and yes it was beautiful.

I like Monday Morning Mojo and can't think of anything new now, I literally just got back. Still fuzzy in the head.

That is exactly what i needed to hear about looking to far ahead. For me it seems overwhelming so then i feel like i am stuck in "what to do next mode". Then i remember a bible verse about not worrying about tomorrow cause it has its own problems. So thanks Dean for a good word that I needed to get back on track.
