I have two names to think about: 1: Straight Talk
or 2:Motivation Monday .

I receive emails from Dean to check out Blogs and Mentor messages which alway do one thing for me. It keeps me Motivated and I can relate to his straight talk to keep me focus on building my dream with real estate. As far as his message about teaming up with someone that is the best thing anyone could do if you need a little help along the way. If it were not for the DG site and some awsome people I partnered with in Texas I would not be writing this message today. "Yes" partner up with someone it just may be the next best thing to get you going. By partnering up I lost my Fear to get out there and make it happen , and it made me accountable to my partners in my group as well as myself.We meet once a month and we call each other when ever question need answers. If your new find a partner tune in to Dg and make it happen for your self as well.

This is the first time i'm commenting and I'm new to all of this but I am suggesting Mindscape Mondays. I love the fact that you do this for the beginning of the week to really set the tone on how to approach issues and areas of life on so many different levels. it's like a beautiful landscape but you are painting new and creative ways in which to help shape and expand our minds.. there is always something new to ponder with each different angle and how someone can view it. we are all 'technically' looking at the same thing but it can be different with our views and attitude towards something...

A lot of people will normally dread a Monday but this really helps to shape us up to approach it with excitement at all the possibilities available to us.

Dean, you are always inspirational and listening to your blogs gives me the energy charge to keep moving forward. I may not always be able to watch the blog on Mondays, but I do always watch them.

I appreciate your thoughts about partnering up as I am one that is flying solo and having to prove to those around me that this will work. I have been working 24/7 to get out of debt for the past 18 months, so saying I'm investing in RE, would make many people laugh. I live in a very small town (1300 population) and it is dying. I would love to succeed and then help this town get it's life back.

Magnificient Mondays just get's you thinking positive right off the bat, and starts the week off right, and it leaves it open to discuss anything!

I have lined up a couple of Realtors and am working with a lender to get prequalified, all the while checking out properties for possible assignment. I am progressing slower than some of your other students due to my limited free time but I am determined to succeed. Thank you for not letting me stay discouraged when things are tough.

Your voice is wonderful, it never gets tiring so that's the best part of listening to you, but the support you give each person is amazing and that's why Monday needs a support more than any other day in the week. Thanks for being the sombody who holds up the wood being sawed. It is an on going talent you have and created a life for people who need your help.

Hi Dean finally took the time you suggested and listened to you. Its thursday already and I am behind in your blogs. I want to say I am sorry and to be successful as you have said many times takes persistance and beliving in my self. You truly are a motivator and all I have to do is listen and I get excited so no more missing your blogs.
I thought of the name "Monday Morning Madness" because you have to get mad about wanting to make changes in your life.
