Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #15 - Be a Real Estate Millionaire Knocked Off The Top

Be A Real Estate Millionaire Book No Longer In Top Slot

We got some news last week, and it's been confirmed official folks.

Dean's "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" book, which had been in the number one slot as the bestselling book in America for over 18 months, has just been dethroned. That's right. ANOTHER book has beat it as the fastest seller in the country.

But, don't send Dean a sympathy card just yet. Interestingly enough, Dean's topic this week is failure. The fear of it, the positive aspects of it, and what to do when you experience it.

Take a minute now to listen and learn one of the most important lessons ever about reaching your dreams.

So how does it feel to hold First AND Second place?? Smiling

The thing about your books is that it makes EVERYONE a winner!! Thank you Dean, for your inspiration and guidance!

And as far as failure goes, I couldn't agree with you more!!! I have learned, from knowing you and everyone on this site, that fear of failure or of looking bad will keep you from your dreams! When you can shake it off and move ahead, without fear, the successes come faster and faster, mixed in with all those little "learning" bumps. Eye-wink

God bless! You are the best!!!!

Thanks Dean, this was a real wake up call, literally. It's the first thing I listen to in the morning since I know that my mind is going to play tricks on me some time during the day telling me that I'm not ready to take action yet; that I need to study more, have all the right paperwork ready, sharpen pencils, etc. I know this is just FEAR of FAILURE causing me to procrastinate. Thanks again for keeping this newbie on track to my dream.

I saw this one coming

Congrats Dean on your marvelous achievement. As I began reading your new book, I realized that despise how great BARM is, this new book surpasses it by far and will continue to do so for a long time. The reason for this is due to the information within, the cost which is affordable as well as the follow-up information provided freely and openly on the site. The book which is extremely user friendly is an easy read, with a wealth of information. I will encourage everyone to have their own copy for easy reference. You will not regret it.

Hi Dean,

Fear of Failure. Going outside what's normal to you. This is something I fight every day. And the only thing that cures me is to face it head on. Whether it is researching or surrounding myself with positivety. But making sure I am not crippled. Moving foward.......

This is a big one for me! Just the other day I was talking to my Mom and I told her I was scared. She ask me what are you scared of? I said "failure", I am starting to sound like a broken record talking about my real estate investment dreams. I really need to close a deal just so I can say "I DID IT!".
