It took me a while but I finally finished the book. I have been busy with assignments, bus cards going to open houses, talking to sellers.
I have a buyer and she is currently getting pre-approved. It is true if you put yourself out there and keep your eyes open. the deals will come, I havent made any offers yet, but I will start that as my next asignment. I am very excited about being apart of all this.

Yeah that was good editing/speaking at the end of the video. I caught it but it distracted me from the message, that was good though. I'm going to watch it again, I was too distracted by the background to catch the message.
