For some reason I have never been able to watch these great video's that Deans posts.
I can always watch the first 8 seconds...sometimes as much as 12 seconds. I feel so jipped! LOL!
How can this be fixed? Are these video's on You Tube? I know I can watch You Tube video's.

Don't give up, just wait a day or two and try again. Honestly, there seems to be some kind of strange clitch when the blogs are first posted. They freeze up after 30 seconds or so and then start again, on and on! By the next day though, smooth as silk!
While you are waiting for this one, go back and check out some of the other blogs if you haven't done so recently. Chances are, they will be fine now!

I had a crazy meeting with a real estate agent. He told me your program was a scam and I was crazy for buying your books. I told him he knows nothing about Deans program and had your books with me and asked him to read them and then talk to me. He said would never read Deans lies and then said some choice words for me. He me that there is no-way anyone can do a contract with no money down and he would tell you to your face.

I often think of your video program where you state "your students are buying as many homes as they can, on a frenzy", because this is how I feel. I want to get as much as we can before the market shifts. It is like being a child on an Easter egg hunt and you want to find as many as you can carry! Thanks for the insight on the 12-18 month cycle. Also, I believe it is key about taking action. The more action you take the more opportunities you will find. It's so great to know such amazing people as are here on the site, and it is PHENOMENAL the opportunities that are out there right now!! I'm glad to hear you say that there is still time to get in on this. To anyone new, GET OUT THERE AND DO IT! Don't let fear or anyone in your life hold you back. You don't want to miss out! And Dean does not say what he says with hype! There are so many times when marketers make you feel like you HAVE to move fast or you'll lose the deal of a lifetime, only to find that they were rushing you into a sale. This is not the case here! Study your RE history (quickly!) and you will see that the window of opportunity will not stay open long! Congratulations to everyone who has jumped in! What the heck is with all those NEGATIVE people
I had something similar regarding courses from
the only REIA meeting in my area.
Some folks are SO negative about new investors
getting in the market the director of the REIA
himself trashes all courses, I think he is SOOO
afraid of competition.

Stick with you for 20 years
Dean - I been watching all the videos from # 1 to this one and I really like your drive and personality. The fact that you do want to help and change and be someone who makes a difference. I like the "pay it forward" attitude and that is something I try to do in my life, even though I don't always have a lot to give. I still have something to give, from a smile to a helping hand, to maybe some encouragement or advice from lessons learned. Sometimes a good meal and always common courtesy. So I am aiming for my first deal and after that all I have to do is stick with it for 20 years!
