It's kinda hard to make something bad come out of something good, such as yourself. You prove it to us every week in some outstanding way.

Can't wait to hear more from Greg on 3/11 and thanks so much for all you've done for us.

Woody

Thanks Dean and Greg

Greg, you are a real down to earth great guy! You have great ideas and I like your style. Dean, having your successful students share with us is another great idea!

Thanks for all the inspiration and motivation!

Dean Your Welcome for our help, you are certainly helping all of us, more than we are helping you!

This was a great video!

Hope to get to join the call.

I hope to get to join the call. I have not yet learned the secrets of buying real estate without my money. The money I do not have even to buy real estate.

Dean, you have touched on the obligation of giving back, that's always been a priority for me. There are so many people in our families, neighborhoods, towns, states, our countries and the World that need a Hand-up vs. a Hand-out; you are enabling us to change the world…one day at a time, one step at a time and one life at a time. As always your support and inspiration are an essential part of every blog. This blog exemplifies all that you stand for and why you are so successful. Your intention in all you do is to help others while helping yourself and your own family. You are living proof that we reap what we sow. I am so happy for what you teach, it goes far beyond REInvesting and how to create wealth in our lives, to that of making the world a better place to live for generations and generations to follow. Smiling

THANK YOU My Partner & My Friend,

Thank you again Dean for keeping us aware of these things. For me its VERY IMPORTANT since I live and breath thru the LAW OF SEED TIME AND HARVEST...thats how God made it from the beginning when He left Adam & Eve one tree(1/10-tithe) for them not to touch, that was His tithe (He even provided the tithe for them)so as we sow..God returns it to us manyfold over.

Thats really a blessing to let us know about where your sowing thus we're sowing too, cause thats how God ordained it as well. So the reward you get for what you give, we also have part in it...ISNT THAT AWESOME! Thank you again!

great blog and company

Dean, first-time.......anything. My family and i have long been "tithe-er's", giving both of money and time to our Church and to our community. As for the real-estate, I am so very petrified by fear. I know that to continue to do what I have always done will get me the result I have always had, but still am fearful, and circling the drain. Trying to read your book in the few moments available daily. Still don't know which foot to step out on first. Help, please.

Blog # 66

Dean,

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for all you do for us, and the world at large. We haven't managed any deals yet, but we know in our hearts this is the year we'll look back on as the one that began our story of success. You and Joel Osteen are our inspiration to do better things. We're so pleased and proud to be able to say we helped you with your charitable donations last year, what a great feeling that is. Again, thanks and much continued success.

Helping others.....

I'm about to get all my ducks in a row so that I can get very serious about REI. My goal is to quit driving a truck by the end of the year(2010), pay off my mortgage in 3 or less years(I'm 52---29 yrs left on mortgage), provide for my family, friends, and whoever else I can help. It is truly refreshing to see, read about, and get involved with so many caring people willing to help each other out. Thank you Dean, Dean's family & staff, and everyone who reads this. This world needs more of it. May God bless all of you. James---Appling,GA

I Enjoy your Blogs

Hi Dean,

I really loved this week's blog and was pleased to know that my purchases not only helps you and your business, but is also helping others all around the world. Isn't that what it's all about anyways? I've tried many other Real Estate programs in the past and have lost a lot of money, became discouraged and gave up. But for some reason when I started reading your book "Profit from Real Estate RIGHT NOW", I immediately felt your sincerity and your good heart coming through the pages. I feel that I can genuinely trust you and your program. Either you just know what it takes to sell, or you are just a great person. I’m betting on the latter.

I'm just now getting my feet wet here. I just recently purchased the 3 day workshop and I’m very anxious to get started. I've spoken once to one of your people (instructor?). It was a little bumpy start to our initial conversation, but after awhile of us getting to know each other, we found our flow. I'm trying to plow through the materials and formulate some questions for him, and looking forward to building a lasting learning relationship with him (Isaac).

I was laid off from a job I'd worked 9 years in Aug of last year and I’m now hoping to learn at least one of your techniques (RIGHT NOW) so that I will feel comfortable enough to stay away from the unstable corporate arena. I am not new to Real Estate investing. I’ve owned in total, 6 properties and currently hold three of the six in rental properties, and of course my primary home. I’ve done this all over the years as a single young lady, and now as a single old Mom (smile). My salaries have never been “all that”, but God has always blessed me to be able to manage without struggle. I’d have to say I’m pretty frugal with my spending. I’m learning by reading your materials that most of my purchases in the past were not done efficiently. I did not have a plan, and didn’t buy and exit at the right times. I’ve almost always done the 20% down deals. Well, with this economy and my employment status, I’ve got to learn to be more smart in my deals and keep my cash in my pockets. Again, I’m very anxious to learn and start applying the proper strategies.

Wish me luck, and keep sharing those awesome blogs. They are keeping me motivated and excited. I'm looking forward to the Conference Call on the 11th.

Sorry for the long comment. I'll do better the next time. (SMILE)

NOTE: I'm in Houston, TX (Northside), so if anyone out there reading this would like to acquire an investment partner, send me a note.

Water from a Deeper Well.......

These are truly noble accomplishments for which I am sincerely grateful to have been a part of, in some small measure.

May 2010 be the time in which we all quench our thirst with the water from a deeper well.

Peace be with You & with us all. ~*~

God Bless You, Dean

And He surely does bless you so you can bless others. I loved the things you did for the elderly. I'm a newbie to your real estate investment family and looking forward to meeting everyone in AZ in May.

Buying a short sale

I've recently filed for bankruptcy chapter 7. I need to know where to find a hard money lender that will help me finance a short sale or a two family dwelling with low credit score.

Thanks
