Thanks for doing another video blog for us. Each week the blogs are filled with inspiration and information. Greg Murphy is just awesome and has so much great information on lease options. I always enjoy hearing Greg's information, tips and latest strategies.

Also, thank you so much for helping the various charitible organizations you support. I can speak first hand as I work for a 501c3 Not-for-profit social service organization that assist Senior citizens, Disabled citizens and others in need of various services including job training and job development. The need of so many people always outweighs the dollars that are available to fund these very critical programs. There is nothing worse than having to turn away people in need because the funding levels do not provide enough support dollars. Through generous donors and foundations, such as yourself, the company that I work for is able to provide a wide array of services to so many people in Illinois and 4 other states.

One program we just completed was helping single parents that were head of households to become computer literate. This would enable these people to compete in today's job force. The clients were also able to keep the laptop computers that they learned on and the ripple effect benefit was felt through many of the families, would bring a tear to your eye! Thanks again for all you do for the DG Members and society! We are proud to be part of this fabulous website and the DG family! Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe

Thank you

Dean, I just want to say thank you for all that you do in the lives of others. Your generosity flows over and beyond all of us and I would like to say THANK YOU on behalf of everyone that you have helped and every life that you have changed. I am sure that I speak for everyone when I say that it is an honor to be a part of all that is happening here on deangraziosi.com.

I was able to donate my first $500 to a student at my son's college who wanted to go on a missions trip to Ireland. I am so grateful that I was able to make that happen through my donation. I know I will be able to help many more people as my success grows. That is an awesome feeling Smiling

Dean, Thank you again for being you!!!

Thank you for another great blog. I sure love the by-products of Investing. Not only can we fulfill our own dreams and take care of our families, we have an abundance to give away as well. Along with KNOWLEDGE, I might add. Thank you for all that you give to us, and to everyone else. What we are able to do for others is a direct result of what you have done for us in many cases. This has been an awesome year! Just look how many lives have been changed! Smiling

Continued blessings,

Rina

P.S. Looking forward to the call! Greg's win/win attitude warms the heart. Smiling

Better and Better

Dean, these Blogs keeps getting better and better. What is so interesting about these new blogs, are that we have the opportunity of hearing from the seasoned investors concerning the strategies and investing skills used in acquiring deals. Dean you also touched on the obligation of giving back, which has always been a priority for me. Great point. As always your support and inspiration are an essential part of every blog. Thanks for sharing and God Bless.

Dean - this blog exemplifies all that you stand for, and why you are so successful. Your intent in all you do is to help others while helping yourself and your own family. You are living proof of the more you give the more you get, and I am so happy you teach that along with teaching us all how to create wealth in our lives. One of my greatest joys in life is being able to help others and being able to give back for all the blessings I've received so far. So thank you for this very inspiring blog!

Great Blog

Thanks!

Hey Dean!
Thanks for another inspiring blog. I'm go glad to hear about all the charitable contributions. That really is an inspiration ...and a huge motivation. I loved Greg's segment and his emphasis on not losing your compassion and including that "human touch" in dealings with others enduring less fortunate circumstances.

We've had a close family member just diagnosed with ALS. Dealing with this has presented some challenges to staying focused. We're taking thing day by day (is there any other way!), but I'm doing my best to continue learning and looking for that first deal.

I'm looking forward to the teleconference!

Thank you!

Thank You!

Thank you for the hope and inspiration you have given me during such hard economic times. I'm excited to see the outcome of using your program.

Thank you,

Diana

You're A Blessing!

THANKS DEAN FOR SENDING THE E-MAIL EVERY WEEK I MAKE SURE I WRITE EVERY THING DOWN I AM WORKING ON MY FIRST DEAL I HOPE IT WORKS LET YOU KNOW SOON,

Thanks for the weekly blog

Thanks for the weekly blog Dean. It makes me feel better to hear you each week. I am interested in the March 11th date. I sure hope there is a replay available. Also just wondering if anyone has used the "housing wanted" in the craigslist? I checked out the realty adds also. But just curious if someone has done this. The people looking for a house seem like they are legit, who is in need of a home. Could this be a buyers list? If anyone could provide me feedback that would be great. I have yet to do any deals. I am looking and reading Dean's books again. I need a new job and I feel like investing in real estate could provide me with the financial freedom I am looking for.
Thank you and have a great day.

You're the Man!

Do you see why so many of us felt you didn't have to
include other tools in your program? You have the coaches, yourself, and your successful students to retrieve any info we'd need. Who could ask for anything more.

confidance

dean, I think the bigest thing that I have gained from your books and vidios is confidance. I am a buy and hold guy and i like multi-familys. the last year I purchased a 5 unit and a duplex way off fmv. and without you guidance i would have not attempted to offer those as i say stupid prices but to my unbeliefe they were accepted. so this year i am into offering stupid prices and see how many get accepted. I have twenty three rental units and I wonder how much to much I spent because I was afraid to make stupid offers I did all the Guru's and now I am listing to someone who knows what they are talking about. Thanks for all you do. tim rex

Thank You Dean

For helping me realized the real why I want to do real estate. I tried before but my motives where different. Now knowing my real motives of helping ourselves by helping others. I'ts hard not being able to pay all the bills at the end of the month. I know that I have to take action to make this happen.

I am so glad to be part of such a great organization. I realized this morning that I need not to be afraid to share with people that I am part of this family and that I have great support of one of the greatest investors and other hundred of successful investors.

Keep up the good work Dean and I will see you at the top.

ps. Thank you for sharing the clip of my favor investor and buddy,Greg Murphy.

Passing it On

aerospaceman's picture

My military career wasn't just drills all day in day out or target shooting or such, it also included compassion towards others by assisting. We would assist countries like the Philippines, Haiti, and civilian sailors out at sea. When I was in college we worked closely with the Make-A-Wish foundation assisting children whose last wish was related to aviation/aerospace. It's so hard at times to help because you know their terminal but the satisfaction you get is unmeasurable. If we are all helping in one way or another, then I'm only happy to help - God bless Everyone!

P.S. I'm getting my book order straightened out and should soon be reading "Your Town, Your Profits" and "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" aka BARM.

Hi Dean - Great Blog

Hi Dean

I look forward to hearing from you in your weekly blog. Also good to hear from Greg Murphy. Glad you shared with us where some of the money goes when we buy products from Dean Graziosi. My church gives 10% of all offerings to missions - that includes Haiti and many others. So I know that 10 cents out of every dollar I give will go to missions through the church.

Now I know that money paid to Dean is also being allocated to other worthy organizations. My husband and I are board members and active with two other non-profits where we live and we know first hand we all need to give back in one way or another. Looking forward to the tele-conference on March 11. Have a great week all.

Empowering Conversations

jedoss55's picture

Hi Dean

I am not sure where I should ask these kinds of questions so that I get a response. I received the last set of Empowering Conversation DVD;s and they were both the Student Series. Is this the way it was supposed to be or was there a mistake? I am not to that set yet so I am not sure if it was labled wrong or It just got messed up. Please let me know if there was supposed to be an Expert Series or what. By the way I thank you for all the help and blogs you offer. I may not have really gotten started yet but I know this will work. I live in Flagstaff AZ and the price of housing here is still high but I keep looking for that right deal. I have a couple of real estate agents that are sending me houses but have not taken that leap. I know I will and I know that it will be great. I plan on being on the tele conference on the 11th so I hope and know that there will be some great stuff there.

Thanks

What a Great Weekly Blog

RonnieB's picture

Yet another great blog ... they're always so informative and fun to listen and watch. I talked with a mortgage broker today, got discouraged, then went to Dean's site for some pick-me-up support, and I'm back on track. There's more than one way to approach this. I'm particularly interested in hearing more about what Greg does and how he manages the process. I appareciate his sharing and giving back to the universe. We have different ways to do that ... some with $$, some with time, and some with their knowledge. Thanks to all of you!

What a Great Weekly Blog
