Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #7

You've probably heard something similar to this statement in January's past, "this year will be your year."

Maybe you've even said that to yourself in the past.

But then, you look back at the end of the year and realize not only wasn't it your year - you feel worse than you did 12 month's earlier!

Well let's make sure 2009 is really different, by using this quick and effective little technique in this weeks video. Enjoy!

My Goals

WOW!! First I just want to say how impressed I am with this site, the BARM book, and with the DG family as a whole. I am new to all of this but the level of commitment from everyone here is AWSOME. A few years ago I bought Carlton Sheets program as well as the "free and clear" program. I must say that if they would have had the comitment and suport that Dean has maybe they would have worked. I'm not saying anything bad about them they are both good programs but Dean program has SOOOOOO much more to offer.
I just want to say thank you so much Dean and the DG family. With your suport and help I know this will work.
Ok so Dean asked us to write down our goals and the reason behind them as well as the emotions. Well I thought why not take it one step further and post my top three here. These are also goals that I feel can be achieved in 2009.

1. Make at least two REI deals.
Reason: to kick start my REI career
Emotion: Confidant, sense of achievement.

2. Take a trip to Nevada in June.
Reason: to see my family and bring my kids
back to AR. with me.
Emotion: Joy, Happiness

3. Buy a second vehicle.
Reason: we only have one and we have to share
it with both of us working.
Emotion: Free, accomplished.

So there you have it. Those are my top three goals. I also have the posted in my room were I will see them every day when I get up in the morning. That way I never forget what they are.
Well I hope that I am able to accomplish all the goals that I have set. I know with the help from the DG family and staff it is possible. I will keep you updated as I complete each one. Hope to see you all in April.
Cliff.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Great blog as always Dean. Just wanted to say I am new to all of this and have many hurdles to overcome, but reading your book and listening to all of your blogs and comments from all of your students is very encouraging. I am very excited about the future and look forward to becoming a real estate investor and a part of the DG family. Happy New Year and may God Bless all of you.

Thanks for #7Blog Dean.
I recently wrote my goals down on paper and stuck them unto my computer. I wake up in the morning and go straight there. I am thankful everyday being that closer with my New DGfamily.
I am truly blessed and inspired of the way you motivate me to move forward and follow thru. To achieve my end dream!

I guess you made a start in the right direction. Today is the first I am viewing Blog #7. I did write my goals earlier, but have not included the reasons and emotions. There goes, that's my next assignment. Good Luck and God Bless. Please keep us informed, we are behind you all the way.

Sandra

Thanks Dean

Dean, as always, you lay the foundation and provide the tools. It is up to us to perform the job at hand. It is either now or never to put plans into action. We are indeed thankful for your coaching and teaching. Looking forward to seeing you in April. Set that date and we will come. Good Luck and God Bless.

2009 will be my year and hopefully the Cubs too

Dean,

I really enjoyed the video clip and based on the half way point of this year, as I rewatch the video clip,I am looking at my goals I set-up at the beginning of the year. I believe it is important to have goals and adjust them as necessary to hopefully raise the bar (or lower the bar) when needed. Also, I believe the DG website and live event have inspired me to pursue my goals with a new passion for the rest of this year. The only thing left as a life long Cubs fan is a World Series Cubs win, however, maybe next year. At least my real estate goals are on track. Thanks and good luck with your deals! Believe and Achieve! Smiling

Thanks Dean

You're the Best!
