So nice of you to welcome me to this site. It made my day. I joined the mentorship last week and am barely on lesson 2. I have allready been researching some REO properties and have contacted a realtor to be on my team. I am very excited to get the ball rolling. Hey girly, what the heck is gng on with you. I miss your cute comments back to me. Shoot me a reply back. I had a terrible break-up lately and it nearly ripped my heart in shreds, Thank the lord for my two great kids that god gave me. They are my cheerleaders on the side lines 24/7. I just went back to IHOP black hole and didnt go on REI mode for awhile. Well I am happy to say that Im currently working with my realtor friend, Sweet R. to get somethings gng. Moving forward wish me luck. KIT

Hello. I just too just got Dean's Book and just started reading it. I also live in the LA area and actually just passed my Real Estate Exam too. I was planning on selling real estate and then I saw Deans Ad on TV so I ordered the book as I figured that having a license will give me an edge into finding properties without having to locate an agent who will work with me. We can all do it.

Hi there Lily! How are you? My names Andre and its a pleasure meeting someone from Dean's website, especially when they're from the same awesome area of CA...SoCal!!! I'm from Huntington Beach and yes, I am one of the many young surfer dudes out there tearing it up and enjoying life. Right now as a 20 yr old guy in college, doing what he does best: "living life to the fullest", I'm basically trying to get through the uphill battle of taking each day one at a time and picking up the missing pieces of my life. Well, it's a long story for me about who I am and what I've gone through to get to where I'm at today...which I'd like to tell ya about sometime. But for right now in life, as a newcomer to the experience of real estate investing, I'm just trying to plan everything and get myself prepared for Dean's success academy so that I can get out there and live life successfully wealthy!
