Dean, I have been in real estate for over 30 years, so there is no magic to your formula. It is just putting in the effort and using your principles to make it happen. I am a new student of yours and I spent all these years helping my clients make money as a commercial mortgage broker, and now I am ready to jump in and make it a business for myself. I am excited to get started with your program.This time around, it will be to benefit my portfolio.

THANKS again DEAN for another high energy Weekly Wisdom clip that really hit home. Sometime we are our own barrier, and need to just step aside and take action. There are some financial scars that I can still see from the past, due to the emotional decisions that were made that had a big and negative impact in my life. Good Blog, u r correct and thank you.. most people are to Emotional. I NOW LATELY I HAVE BEEN TO EMOTIONAL-- MAKING INCORRECT DECISIONS. So I think its time I made logical decisions. So I can move forward, learn and not be afraid of change and the unknown. Lets all make money!!!

I am pleased by your relentless sharing your enthusiasm for change. I have taught a program for 30 years called Mind Unlimited. The concept is that you were born as an open minded person with great potential. When you are repeatedly exposed to other's limited beliefs, it is natural to accept them and live by them. The truth is that your friends and relatives want you the way you are for the rest of their lives. If and when you succeed at money, family or any type of success, it makes them wrong or just plain stupid to insist on being so limited. Our training enabled the student to perform mental tasks that appear to be intellectually impossible and they are convinced that they do have great mental talents. The main industry that was attracted to my thinking was real estate investors and sales people. If you can do the impossible, then it is easy to make your marriage work, be a great parent and dramatically increase your income. Learn to praise yourself with each limitation that you transcend and life opens up to you.

I seem to run into those negative people everyday. Thanks for the motivation to side step them.

This is good stuff Dean this will another great book by the best in the real estate game. Thank you Dean for the videos.

Thanks Dean for all of your continueing encouragement and support. Didn't mean to miss the Mother's Day blog, but like the title says I let life get in the way or let fears get in the way. I do plan to go back and view it, because i know there's something in there for me as well! Looking forward to us reaching that goal and reading your book, but i realize knowledge without action just means we're rich in knowledge but still financially broke!

Thanks Dean, I just finished with "Think a Little Different" and I am about to put together my first deal in about 3 weeks. Your resources have been great for getting me motivated to start my real estate investing career. Keep posting these videos, they are highly motivational.

it's understood, by me anyway that Fear/Procrastination is real, and I know with everyone here's help I will conquer both. Man it's been tough and surprizing just how much it can interfer with (forward) movement, so thanks Dean for all you do

Why wouldn't?, any of us, be successful at this? You've been telling us as long as I can remember that; this is the time, NOW!!! Real Estate is going to go back up!! It really goes back to "Just Do It"!!! Put your blinders on and go for it. You know how they say....If I knew what I was doing I would be dangerous. I take that to mean that I will be even wiser. It kinda feels like getting ready to jump into the swimming pool, knowing that the water will take a second or two to get used to; soooo;... you swim or you grab the rope and hold on. Dean is always saying that he and the team are here to help and keep us afloat. Thanks for all you do.

Wow. how does Dean know what kind of motivation I need every week? I have been having a very rough time in my personal life and have so many obstacles. I was very emotional today and trying to make some decisions. everything is slowing down my progress toward real estate. I would love to have that book. I think its the only some I don't have. I need more wisdom and motivation. thank you Dean.

I gotta hand it to you - you are a very inspiring guy. These Weekly Wisdom talks are real motivators. I am a handicap person who desperately needs a way to get into the RE investing game and you are what is helping me to make a living. I have several of your books but not "Totally Fulfilled" so I'm hoping that it will be the final push to get me over the financial hump! Hope to see you in person someday.

It all comes down to mindset. Thank you for bringing my focus back - again. I absolutely love the "Is it logical to invest in stocks?" Ha ha!!
This is my first post, and I close my first deal this week (a sweet buy/hold condo - already have tenant), and I would NEVER have done it without the confidence and mindset you, and all your trainers (Hi, Marc! Hi, Randy! Hi, Paul!) have inspired in me. Woo!!
