Spreading the WORD
My questions to anyone who will say to me 'BUT THE ECONOMY IS SO BAD'.....is, Were you any better off when the ECONOMY WAS GOOD? Did you make any more money than you make now?...Was your future any brighter? Did you have Security which you could control?.....
Most people who will not take a chance trying 'something different', are AFRAID.
FEAR,is a powerful adversary. And, without being offensive to anyone, PRAYER....can conquer FEAR.
I AM NOW speaking and PRAYING with three young persons, I consider family. Without scaring them away....have asked them to BUY YOUR BOOK. They are all in different areas of the country. I have been Praying for the right deals thru OLD contacts and research. We have been reading and planning together...as a group. We plan to purchase or flip at least three properties...(so they can see that your system works). I have a lawyer acquaintance for years, who has agreed to Invest as a buyer thru his Investment group.
Today 5/21), I have found 28 units in Atlanta, and one property in L.I. N.Y,and I'm negotiating.
I have written to you before, and taken a(not enough)seminar with you. I have Never had a problem with Fear of Doubt....just the Money. I want these young, intelligent people to climb out of FEAR, and to know that Fortune...can be theirs.

Each of your examples are logical, they're basically facts. My most logical decision (fact) and truly embarrassing as it keeps me failing is I depend on me and only me. This is not a business where I can do it all myself. This is difficult to ask for the help but I am drowning myself without. Can I start over with the success academy? I don't expect money back just want to succeed

Thank you for your blog. I am reading it from Spain, where I live, and I want to learn and apply some of your strategies here. I hope they will work in this market.
Making Time
I retired from the Army 2 years ago after 26 years. The retirement check is nice but it certainly does not allow me to be truly retired. For many of us Military retirees the only place we"re qualified to work is for Defense Contractors on programs we're familiar with because of our miliyary experience. Unfortunately these contractors expect the same out of us as the military did. Such as 60 hour weeks, 6-7 day work weeks and much time away from family. And we do it without complaining because we still feel we play an essential role in serving our government.
Now on the flip side of being retired, I now know that this lifestyle will not give the freedom I seek and hope for. I'm convinced that this business is the best way to build wealth and break the cycle of working and sleeping and working again. But HOW do I carve out the time to make the deals that will allow the transition to financial independance? I look forward to your wisdom and that of your readers. Thank you NK

The Hardest Part
The biggest obstacles I encounter is getting banks to take a reasonable offer on pre-foreclosure / REO's.
Then there is the funding .
But still pushing forward because I am confident the deals are there.

I know RE is the most logical road to take and am on board ALL THE WAY! Yes, naysayers are a dime a dozen around here, but I just push them to the wayside an keep mowing along! My wife FINALLY supports my efforts and continues to encourage me. Although, "silently" I know she's saying "show me the money"! lol!
I've had several properties under contract, but they obviously weren't good enough deals, as I haven't been able to close one, as yet. These give me great hope though because I know that it's a numbers game and every failure gets me that much closer to success!!

I believe that everthing that you mentioned is true. It is logical that the market is at the bottom, it is logical that anyone investing at this time in this market is making a wise decision and will be rewarded for taking a step of faith, for having the courage to step out and make their dreams a reality.
