Hey Dean:
Great Blog, lot of excitement...Totally fullfilled is one of your books I dont have and motivation seems to be my biggest stumbling block.
The first book of yours I purchased back in 08 was ( Be a Real Estate Millionaire.)
It really frightens me to know I have not made my first deal yet, and knowing me, by the time I decide to get started the opportunity is going to be lost. So I recently enrolled in a local educational course that a few years ago was a spin off from the Novue Resse program.
What I like about the excitement of being around these people is the community support they have for one another.
It was a move that was huge for me, because I began to realize how important, actual contact is with your mentor, or idol.
But yes I do agree that, that window of opportunity is beginning to close, and if something doesn't happen within the near future, than I am going to be one of those statistics looking back in regret, only wishing I had taken advantage of the greatest real estate opportunity in my life time.

Your events are great with the Weekly wisdom continues the momentum. I recently attended the Buying Summit and learned so much more than expected. I'm ready for the next deal. Follow your plan and the results WILL come. It's amazing how much you give away.

Great weekly wisdom. I have been slowly changing people's minds about the real estate market over the past couple of months and have found 2 money partners for my deals in doing so. You truely motivate everyone on this site to do better for themselves and families including myself and I truly thank you for all the wisdom you share.

I ATTENDED THE ABOVE SEMINAR, AND IT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!BUT, OF COURSE, WHEN IT CAME TO HOW MUCH MONEY I NEEDED MY ENTHUSIASM DROPPED, BECAUSE I WAS LAID OFF FROM MY JOB LAST YEAR, AND HAVE BEEN LIVING OFF OF UNEMPLOYMENT CHECKS I KNEW I COULDN'T AFFORD TO DO THIS. I DID, HOWEVER, SIGN UP FOR THE TAX DEEDS/TAX LIENS,BUT COULDN'T COME UP WITH THE FUNDS FOR THE CHECK I WROTE. I AM 63 YRS OLD, AND NEARING RETIREMENT, SO, I AM RELYING ON MY FAITH IN GOD THAT HE WILL MAKE A WAY FOR ME TO ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS OF BEING ABLE TO HELP PEOPLE, AND BE ABLE TO LEAVE A LEGACY FOR MY CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN, AND GREAT GRANDCHILDREN. Real Estate - we're going well, got a deal on the hook in the Phoenix Avondale area, a short sale that an investor friend of ours backed out of. We hope to hear from the bank this week that we've got it. We plan to rent it out for a year, see how the market is then, possibly sell for a profit at that time, do a 1031 exchange, and get another property.

As a wise man once said, why Real Estate? Because they're not making any more of it! As you've said repeatedly, this is the best time to be buying real estate, and in a few more years it will be the best time to be selling real estate. Now I'm excited like you! Thank you, Dean!

Iam going to keep trying going foward, although I have no one in my family that is giving me postive feed back. People say that I am a fool to have taken money out of my 401 K and got nothing back in return. They say it won't happen in California. I am running out of time and beleive it can happen.

My wife and I enjoyed our first EDGE Event last month and were so totally pumped up by it that we locked up a deal while we were there over the phone, came home,did our inspections and are due to close on the property this week. This is going to be a great flip as we have already got a buyer! They're excited and so are we. After paint, SS appliances,and new roofing we are looking at a 35,000.00 profit for about 2 weeks work. The techniques that we learned at the EDGE event were invaluable and my wife and I are planning to take our business to the moon on steroids. Thanks DG and all of the DG family.

I can say Real Estate Investing is very logical because if it wasn't i would be looking for another career choice...im so grateful i saw your infomercial that late night two years ago driving your benz lol...just thankful for what you do and what you offer...Me and Wife cant to finally meet soon, im already calling it out!

Another great blog Dean and it just reasures me that real estate is the way to go. I must admit I have been stolling and haven't started yet. I've read your books Your Town Your Real Estate and No Money Down, just haven't taken action. But it gives me the motivator that I need to start now. I have been a procrastinator probably a lot is due to failure and fear of the unknown. But with recent changes in my job and school real estate is my ticket out . I want to take action just have to have the guts to do it.
