Thanks again for your wisdom, I don't post alot but I enjoy all your blogs. And thank you for all the time you give to help everyone reach their dreams.

Just wanted to thank you for this weeks post. You never cease to inspire me to pursue my purpose in real estate. Every time I feel like RE is not for me, or like I don't have what it takes to be successful in it, I can always count on you to give me some clear motivation.

I live in Hammond, Indiana. The father of twin girls that just turned two. I pray that through RE, I can provide a good life for my family.

One day I hope that I can be in your position. Not so much for the wealth and luxuries, but for the opportunity to help other people the way that you do for me.

I have to say that being pregnant right now has definitely made me lean towards the "emotional" side of things recently (and not always the best emotional me I can be), but listening to this weeks weekly wisdom reminded me of how logical real estate is. And that there is absolutely no reason not to do it!

You are such an inspiration Dean and we are so lucky that you care so much about helping people change their lives. I needed the logical reminder that REI makes sense. Thanks so much!

Thanks Dean for the reminder not to get sucked into the negativity that so many of us hear on a regular basis and then allowing self-doubt to creep in. Keeping our eyes on the goals we set before us, will allow us to over come the obstacles and stay on the path to success!

I will never look back and think that I failed but instead change what didn't work, learn from it and then I will succeed.

I know that real estate is the only answer to a more fulfilling future. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
I am not going to sit here and complain. What I need to know is: I went to a three day training in Michigan City, IN. I paid a fee, that if I completed a transaction in 90 day, that the total amount would be reimbursed. My 90 days will be up on June 22. On the contract that I signed, it says that I have 12 months of customer service. I want to know if this means the Success Academy. I need help to see what I am doing wrong. I need to be able to talk to someone, but I don't know if I can call into the Success Academy for help.

In any given area, ask what someone purchased a home for, back in 1950. How many crashes have we had since then? A couple of those resulted in serious declines in property values. But, as always, values climb back up and go even HIGHER THAN BEFORE! This is the beauty of real estate and this is why Dean is so adamant about what he teaches. The only thing I can think of that is better than getting "happily wealthy", is doing so and helping others do the same, along the way.
My hat is off to you Dean. Thanks for the positive support and motivation.

Still looking for first deal and following the guide and it seems like every corner I turn trying to achieve first deal we get shut down hard. We are told you cannot do that any more so we try something else and that does not work either or investor does not like deal, so we keep trying.
We neeed this and need to find an avenue that works.
We have 0 dollars to even apply for ernest money and if investor does not like deal we have no dollars. We are also told that if we lock up a deal and investor backs out we become libable for deal and we cannot afford that.
No matter we keep trying

I DID IT.
DEAN I LOVE YOU.
I GOT MY BOOK AND WITHIN 60 DAYS I MADE $1,850.00 CASH IN MY POCKET I CONTROLLED THE WHOLE DEAL.

I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT REAL ESTATE TILL I GOT YOUR BOOK.

I AM WORKING ON SEVERAL MORE DEALS THAT ARE MUCH MORE PROSPEROUS THAN MY FIRST ONE, BUT I AM SO NOT COMPLAINING.

IT TOOK TIME TO FIGURE THINGS OUT AND A LOT OF WORK BUT NOW THAT I GOT IT I AM GOOD TO GO.

I WISH LOVE HAPPINESS AND PROSPERITY TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
CAUSE YOU HAVE DIFFIDENTLY OPEN THE DOORS TO MY FAMILY TO A PROSPEROUS FUTURE.

Sometimes that's good and sometimes it's not--I'm a work in progess. I do know that emotional or not, my job is not enough to get me out of debt and financially free. That's why I do this, thanks Dean for the wisdom and inspiration!!!!!
