Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #184 - Logical Decisions

Yeah sounds great Dean. I definitely need this book, the enviroment I live in is COMPLETE POISON. All encompassing evil. And there's No escaping it. I've read and read and read since 08 but I need face to face human itneraction that doesn't cost 20 grand. What do I do?

I just bought a property valued at $50k+ for $24k today and under contract! Instead of wholesaling i'm now a property owner in cash...my overhead is now $245 a month! By the way i'm renting out the other bedroom for $500 a month!

I HAVEN'T TOLD MY PARENTS MUCH ABOUT WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING WITH YOUR PROGRAMS. HE HASN'T AGGREED WITH THE MONEY SPENT ON TRAINING SO I HAVEN'T TOLD HIM ALOT AND SINCE HE ISN'T IN CONTROL OF THIS DECISION OF COURSE IT DOESN'T AGREE.
SINCE I GAVE HIM THE INFORMATION FOR YOU SITE AND HE HAS HAD A CHANCE TO SEE IT THAT HAS MADE HIM MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE.

WE JUST BOUGHT OUR FIRST PROPERTY WITH YOU AND PROPERTY DIRECT. IT IS TRUE ONCE YOU START AND FIND THAT YOU CAN MAKE A DECISION IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Dean, You always deliver the goods. Thank you for the weekly inspiration and the confidence you always show us. You never give up on us, even when we give up on ourselves. When we lack confidence in ourselves, excuses are easy to find. I know this is going to be our year to get up and get out of the rut we seem to have dug ourselves into.

I do agree that Real Estate is the vehicle for making $$$$. Through your information and a few others, my niece, her husband and I are forming a business to get going on buying and flipping properties. The logical point that is the simplest is also the strongest argument: you're helping more people succeed in real estate than anyone else. That's it.

Time to buckle down and take advantage of this heaven sent blessing. There's so many signs in my life telling me to that this is the way Iand I shouldn't let it pass... So im ma go hard at this. And use Dean's words for motivation... On my behalf thanks for all of this Dean...

Thank you for challenging us to take emotion out of the equation. Ironically real estate is in my blood! My great-grandmother built real estate wealth as far back as 1907. For her 19th birthday, my great-grandfather gave her a substantial cash gift. Rather than buying a new carriage or luxury wardrobe she purchased 40 acres of rural farm land for her unborn heirs. 90 years later that same land saved my parents from bankruptcy and foreclosure.
Destructive lack of action was an unnecessary stumbling block for me, others have already paved the way for us. If a 19 year-old african-american woman could do it 105 years ago, what excuse do we have??

I love weekly wisdom. I watch it everyweek and it give me the stregnth to work for whole week.
