We completely agree with you Dean, the logic proves Real Estate works but the "emotional feeling" of "fear" is what holds us back all too often. It's very logical that real estate works! The logic tells us it works but for some reason no matter how "logical" the "emotion" of fear is what holds us all back. Don't be afraid, do a deal and see the logic of success by taking action - today.

Hey Dean you are a great motivator. This is good information. I have always felt this to be true about real estate but always distracted by working 40+ hours a week on jobs and getting nowhere fast. This is awesome. I do hope to change my path and I believe this the right time.

Great word you keep giving me the push I been needing

This sounds interesting since I have been licensed for 5 months and real estate fee's and other things has contributed to my penny less pockets. I have not sold one home or listed any. How can I generate a cash flow for myself and my kids? Please help me!

Thanks Dean for your blogs. I've been sticking to what I learned a lot in the Success Acadamy. Its been two years and no 1st deal yet. I chose the 25-1 method. There are other methods, but due to limmited funds, This is all I can do. I can't wait til you get here in Austin. I do have questions. Im excited! My friends are saying Im crazy, some are not saying a comment after I tell them what I am doing. Wow, talk about no support. Now I know what my deepest why is. WHY- not only to show that it works, but also, to prove to my parents, siblings and the family tree including relatives that no matter what obsticles and challenges we face, and comming from a poor family tree background, we can improve our self worth and Believe in ourselves that we can go higher removing us from the same mold to improve our lifestyle!
