I love your video. It gives me the steps to move forward. Everyone I told about what I wanted to do about investing said I am crazy, but I know better. At first I had doubt, but after reading and watching and listening I am moving forward. Thank you again for all you do. I will keep you posted.

So many of your students have hit the nail right on the head. Emotion is a very strong force and it is the element that sometimes alter that which is logical and can transform it to something illogical in our minds. It takes someone like yourself that can appeal to that emotional element and let us see that it is not just real estate that is logical, but what real estate can help to provide for you and your family. While you state this is a video for everyone, it is the male spirit that looks for the logic in everything. And now we can focus on the logic in being emotional and passionate.

Dean I have known you as a person for several years as a mentor. Although I have not been the success I should have been, I always greatful that your weekly video and blogs are there to always keep me going on my daily life when things are not going my way. Just like your recent video saved my day and empower to move on and make it as productive day as it can be. Thank you Dean continue the good words of wisdom.

Thank you once again for your encouragement and support. I do believe that real estate is the most logical way to make money these days. It's funny how I tried to express my theory on thinking logical. I say,"Don't think with your emotions, use your emotions to help you think making even stronger logical decisions". Yes, what you said Dean was logical. My friends tell me that I'm an idiot for listening to some R.E. guru after the crash in the market in 2008. They say when am I going to learn to let it go after going bankrupt from investing in real estate 20 years!!! They say that stuff don't work. But they can't deter me from being one of your students.

Couldn't afford the school, but will be attending the Live Event in Philadelphia in June. Can't wait to learn how to do deals! My wife and I need a place of our own and a new life together. Thanks Dean! I know with your help we can do it!

Always very motivational!! I have not read this book, so I will be waiting to receive it electronically, soon!!! My brother and I are very excited. I have found that I have to go to the DG website everyday and read post, advice and learn for at least 30 minutes, so I can keep motivated and keep working on my plan for RE Investing. No more waiting on the couch, ready to be a part of all this!!!!!!!!!

Great video Dean. I'm convinced it's the best time to invest in todays real estate market but that little voice that says "you can't make it happen" needs to shut down if I'm going to make any effort. You hit the nail on the head by touching on the impact of not managing emotional states on the outcome of goals and aspirations.

I have been watching you for over a year now. I love your blogs. I know this is what I should be working on yet can not figure out what to do next. Thank you again for your inspiration and knowledge.

The good news is we just returned from closing on another property in out target area. The better news is my wife decided to purchase a property that we were not planning on. Just 16 days from first seeing the posting until we closed. We have a team of people in place and she decided if we went for it on another property it would force us to move forward faster. Good for her.(and me)
A TRUE LOCICAL DECISION !!!
One of the biggest ways to slow down a project, deal, or your life is to get to emotionally involved. Information given here is to be remembered for the rest of your life. Respect that and put it into place. I have only been trained here for Real Estate Investing, and have every confidence to succeed going forward.
Dean Thank You. There are very few people on the planet that I have known that will take the time to help people lift themselves up in life. I feel that you have really nailed it to provide the training that you do. Almost everyone wants to better themselves. Most people do not know how to, or even where start. That is what makes you special. You recognize and acknowlwdge what people need and address it.
DG family if you read this, please know how rare it is to find someone of Dean's level of success to even take the time to care, let alone help resolve the newest obstacles that come up weekly.

First I would like to thank you for all the persistent emails you sent me and you have no ideas how many time your weekly wisdom blog got me going again...It has been a very rough few years that I went through (I am still keeping going through it until it ends no use stopping in the middle) and it made me understand perfectly how a partner's honest support is important, especially when you are venturing in a new arena.

When I heard your infomercial on TV way back with my husband, I could see the opportunity to really get into the RE market and make enough money to pull us from under the debt burden we are carrying and go forward to accomplish everything we dream of so, I ordered your materials...Eventhough he said that I had his support and "we are going to do it together..." it was not genuine so we did not get anywhere...He did not agree to the methods, "it was crazy...It can't be done this way"..."I was stupid to believe that this worked" his comments were to me...and he pointed that out all of these RE gurus are making their $$$ selling info not in RE ...we never got to make our first offer eventhough I found many properties we could have gotten. And when the RE tanked he said "see I told you so aren't you happy we did not get into it"...

Now that he decided to walk out on us completely, I am going to learn it and make it work right...I have no other choice, the income from a JOB is not going to get our financial house in order! this time I don't want his "support"...and with your support and training I believe, think and feel that I'll make it this time...

I know this is the best time to get back in the RE market I have been watching & keeping a close eye on that market and I am catching this wave at the beginning of this cycle...RE Done right there is no better way to make your wealth...It's only LOGICAL to be so emotionally comitted at this time

I was a real estate investor in the past until everything came crashing down. I'm ready to start investing again but need some guidance in this new housing market.

I'm hoping you can give me the tools I need to get started again.

Video sounds all too familiar, a spouse who isn't supportative in my attempts at supplimenting our income (previous attempts have all ended up with me in the RED), a fear of taking action due to lack of knowledge or a plan of action. I know my situation isn't uncommon but its frustrating. Heres to making a diference in our lives.
