Hi Dean,

I'm new to real estate and have always felt that the successful ones were born with the gift! After looking at your videos, I know that is not true (please don't take it the wrong way - it's more of a compliment).

Yes, the economy is still on a down turn but there are signs that real estate is not just leveling out but on an upturn despite what is continually said in the press.

Although I am based in the UK, much of your advice is applicable over here too so I'm more than happy to accept your kind bribe!

Dean, your blog hit home with me and I'm sure with many others. I recently finished a three day in Philadelphia and I'm eagerly working towards my nexst deal.

Real estate is the most logical decision for me for because 1. I'm in control and 2. Most millionaires will tell you that real estate is the way to financial freedom and 3. I believe it and I believe in Dean and the DG family. Yesterday, I had an emotional trigger that caused me to just take action. I picked up your book 30 days to real estate cash again and I'm taking action today. This weekly wisdom was just another flame to my wick. Thanks again Dean.

I had a death in the family so I missed my oportunity to see you in person but I have one of your books and it really got me excited when I read it. things were going well with my job at the time so I did not take action. I recently got layed of so I have extra time to work on it but my spouse is so negative because money is tight right now and she does not want to spend any savings because we might need it to pay bills. We have 2 four plexes and they make us money but how do I get more or purchace a house to flip without spending any savings. We are quite fortunate to live in this town because the recession did not affect us much. Housing is finally starting to come down a little but most of the forclosures don't have any eqity because they were purchased in the boom. What aproach should I attack my situation from?

There is no doubt that money can be made in real estate To succeed I need

Dedication
Belief
Success
Action - this is the missing ingredient, as with most followers, except the successful ones.

I have waited and watched for years and wanted to jump in the game with no self-confidence and motivation due to some past failures. YES! REI is the best investment anyone can ever make, especially in a down market. I say to everyone now is the time to buy, and I hate the most common response "I think I am gonna wait till the economy and market recover" I just laugh and say ok, and never speak rei to them again.

Also a deal is a deal Dean, you should expand your buying to other wholesales!

I understand your logic and thank you for continuing to help me up after I fall or am tripped! I want real estate to be my life! This is the first weekly video blog I have seen since joining. I want to thank you for the topic you presenetd because it was right on time.
