Dean,
Your blogs and these forums are what keep me going in the real estate business. As mentioned in your blog I am suffering from lack of support on the home front. Combine this with my current financial situation and I can hardly claim to be charging right in to this. Thanks for your continued info sharing and I want to use your latest book to break thru and finally make it in real estate. More importantly I want to prove the nay sayers around me wrong!

You are the best motivation there is...especially for someone who needs a LOT of self-confidence boosters!
I WILL kick butt! Keep up the weekly blogs as they are priceless!

I do agree with Dean, now is the best time to invest on Real Estate.
Yesterday, I received my book "30 Days to Real Estate Cash". I started reading it, buy I have not had the chance to go past the first chapter. I will read Chapter 2 tonight. I do not have much experience on the Real Estate market, but I know that I can do it.
I need to make my first deal as soon as possible. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm ready to do real estate investing. I finished reading 30 DAYS REAL ESTATE CASH on vacation and now i'm ready to follow the book step by step. So yes I believe real estate is logical and is the best chance for someone like me to become financially independant. I will also sign up for one of the coaching program. it's time for me to create one of your next success stories.

Yes, I must admit, your bribe helped, but I absolutely love and admire your wonderful enthusiasm,positive attitude, upbeat personality, inspiring messages, and genuine excitement and love for real estate.

Awesome video/blog, this is so true about the emotions and taking action. If you dont take action cause of your emotions, nothing will happen. People tend to listen to the masses, and the masses are saying RE is bad right now, and how you will fail etc. This is the opposite totally. Now is the time to ACT!!!
I am a former RE investors from bad in the day (2003)+, and have made lots of money during this time, but now is a more stable cash flow market.

Lets ROCK!!!!

This is great message. I have done lot of real estate work Internationally (India) and getting started in Arizona market.Bought couple of rentals last year in Phoenix.

Would love to do flips and I guess need to get right people around me for more deals.
