I had to forward this to my adult children. They truly think we have lost our minds! When our mutual funds just kept losing we dumped them and moved our money into a self directed IRA, and quickly filled it with real estate. Our portfolio jumped in value immediately. I have to say Dean that i totally agree because i am a now single mother of six sons and i have been struggling financialy since December 2011 and i am really looking forward to doing my first deal with the DG Family! I have transformed my life from something that was unfortunate and unhealthy to something that is powerful and inspirational. The entire time I did it against the odds and with everyone thinking I couldn't. I am looking forward to doing the same with real estate except for I think the odds aren't that bad and alot of people think it's a great idea... So LETS TEAR IT UP!!!

When I seen Dean on TV the first time and ordered his book. I told my wife: "I can do this." So I signed up with Deans Success Accadamey. At first my wife said "That's YOUR JOB- not mine. That's what you want to do, then do it, not me." But after I very soon had 2 nice houses bought and rent coming in every month. She loves it now. Helped me find more houses, and she fixes and paints, so ready to rent soon another. Now she likes to say we Own our own business,and orders business cards, and stationary, ect- all business tax expense turned in end of year of course. Thanks Dean!

You can't learn until you put forth the effort, no matter how much you think you already know, your experience and wisdom will increase a thousand fold with the right information and a motivated teacher.

I've been discouraged by the lack of support of those around me, but I know they will turn around once I've made some profit. Now, I just need to get the deals done to make those profits. Your encouragement helps every week, thanks Dean!

Dean, Thanks for the great video. I'm reading the material every chance I get. I have the same drive get into real estate that I did when I first started to get my college degree. Once I really got started I could not stop. Thanks for all the support and inspiration.

There has never been a better time to invest in real estate, and after years of proving the naysayers wrong, I am now challenging them to watch this video and come up with just one logical reason NOT to invest right now! These are the best of times for investors.

I need it after investing in RBBP a year ago, then seeing a strange $200 RBBP charge on my credit card bill last month. Maybe you can respond and let me know about that? I purchased your program two years ago but pathetically, because I've been "too busy," it has sat in the box it arrived in, unopened! It is my time now. Hello Dean. Thank you for the message this week. I have a spouse who continually tells me I am wasting my time trying to get back into real estate. I am a former Realtor whose business went south in 2007 when the market started to turn downward. I believe your approach to real estate investing will work but the lack of support at home is disheartening. I am going to make a logical decision and contact the owner of the duplex on my street. It has been vacant and deteriorating for the past 3 years. Its time to make that step. Its been 3 years since I bought your books and have been on this site. Once I get started, negotiating contracts should be like riding a bicycle. Thanks again for encouraging me.
