I love watching your videos/blogs. You have an incredible ability to motivate!
I've been reading your book, 30 Days to Real Estate CASH and putting the techniques to action. It's the first time I've used one of these so called techniques where - it's actually working! I'm generating leads like crazy and within no more than a couple of weeks I'm looking to monetize these leads!

I'm moving to a new part of the bay area next month, and there's a TON of great deals in that area... what the hell am I waiting for? I'm going to re-read you book I do have, my "edge event" CD's and I'm gonna spread this like fire so I can get your new book "totally fulfilled".

Just found my way to your site. I am attending the edge seminar this Saturday in Tampa, FL and very excited about the possibility to change my life forever. I am going through a divorce with 2 young boys and need to secure our financial future. I have a lot of motivation to change our lives forever.

It's logical to get into Real Estate. Everyone needs a place to live in, whether renting or buying. And IT DOES MATTER! If it didn't, what is the fighting all about in the Middle East? It's about the land of Israel--real estate. I've always loved looking at houses-large and small. It seems logical. Whether my husband sees it the same way, is questionable.

At work we were supposed to choose a word that would describe how we were going to make this year better. I really couldn't think of a word at the time, however, I know more now more than ever what my word is for this year...

I purchased think a little different at the end of January & I'm so grateful for you Dean & all the people on here & the knowledge this site brings. I'm closing in on my first deal & what's kept me moving forward is ignoring those negative emotions I feel when a roadblock comes up and replacing them with thoughts of what I've already overcome,what I've already accomplished then moving on & continuing to take action. I've had plenty of chances to say I quit but I won't because financial lack at my current FT job is the other option & I've seen enough of that(lol). If this wasn't a challenge everyone would do it.

keep up the encouragement it keeps everyone motivated, and so does the give away I hope we surpass our goal.

Dean, this video finally pushed me off the fence. Thanks for the shove! It's time to get busy. I bought your books several years ago, read them and did nothing about it. In the meantime, I started a website and a blog. Both of these are very time consuming and are not producing the cash expected. Now I know that Real Estate was where I should have been the whole time!

Ok, here is your comment. I am going to your presentation in Portsmouth, NH (had to tell the guy how to pronounce it). I want to succeed, but am not really capable of doing it entirely by myself. I encourage you or someone to start a group where several of us TOGETHER could get started.

Well Dean I truly have to say that I believe it is logical for me to make money in real estate.
My problem is I put the pro in procrastanate.
I don't own a tv right now which is good because that is one less destraction. Basically I need to set a side a few hours a day to get this thing going. I am a little stressed because I may lose my job soon and I am trying to use that emotion to motivate me to get some deals done. If I can get my first deal done that will trigger
a dominoe effect and before I know it I will have achieved everything I ever wanted to.

Dean ,Thank you for reminding me of (Things I already know).I seem to be frozen with fear for many reasons,but today for whatever reason I decided to tune in,and I cryed.... alot.You were the one voice in the crowd who had not given up on me.One of the reasons I have not moved my feet is not trusting myself to do this right,I can barely use the computer.I have raised many children and have in the past ran a sucessful daycare for 20 years , this is very different.I do not have my families blessing,but I know in my heart this is good and true.I will have to go it alone and make baby step. I just recently became unemployed ,for reasons beyond my control.Some how I will figure this out .Thank You..Not quitting in Seattle.
