Thank-you for the inspiring video, for without emotion we would all be automatons. Emotion is what gets me moving. My dreams of being out of debt and financially independent. Your passion is inspiring and motivating. I'm taking action by following the exact steps set out in your training. I will have my offers in and at least one accepted every week.

Dean Thank you so much for this blog. I am sorry I did not get on the blogs sooner but my internet has been acting up and I don't have the money to get it fixed. Please don't think I have lost interest as even though I could not drive car, I made it to the last seminar in Burbank. I wanted to go so bad even with a broken leg I took a wheel chair on a buss 14 miles and walked with my wheelchair as a walker a mile both ways to get there and I did it. I even got down the stairs with the challenge of a cast boot. But I did it and I am now working on reading your book Making money in 30 days. I dont understand everything yet so I will just keep reading until I do.

I cried the day of the seminar because the price for the academy was 1000.00 less than it was last year. I just don't know how to get the money to get enrolled. I asked my dad again and even told him I would pay him back when I started making the money, my father does not believe I will ever make the money to pay him back.

I am grateful for this email blog today but I know my dad and he would only call this hype. Could you please have one of your people call me for my parents address or send me some paperwork proving your statements. My father has to see the numbers and the facts. Dean the saddest part is that my father had 3out of 4 units empty in his building and thanks to you and I think it was your book "Real Estate In Your Own Home Town"

I learned about Craig s List and what my father was unable to do from August of 2011 to March of 2012 with in 3 weeks I had all three units rented for my father in this economy. That was not enough for him to believe that you are not going to take me for a ride. As I was talking to my mother today I told her with out your classes and a chance to try my hand in your academy and not even knowing how I will make money to pay for gas to even get to chruch I really have nothing to make me feel like I want to get out of bed in the morning.

Mom told me give your dad some paper work research Dean and his academy and if your dad sees that his money will help you get a head in life and Dean and his academy is not a scam I know he will help you. But your father must have written proof and written facts to see this will help you and do every thing Dean says it will. If my father saw this blog to you I would be in big trouble.

I wish I could get into boots on the Ground after all I have all ready have had one boot on the ground walking 2 miles in total just to get to the last seminar. I wish I could some how to earn my way in even if I don't make a penny for my self until I can pay you everything I owe you. I would need help with gas money but that I might be able to get from my dad as I do yard work for him or maybe yard work once a week at his building. My biggest challenge is coming up with 2,3, or 5000 dollars.

I do need help I just don't know where to go expect to God and tell Him to fix it or take me home as life is not worth living when you are only a financial liability to your family.

Dg family will you please pray for my father to see the light? Dean will you please have some one call me and maybe we can come up with some documentation for my dad to believe that you and your program coming into my life the last time I asked God to change my life or take me home and the next day I got that call from one of your seminar CSRS.

The way you and your program came into my life is a what I call a Miracle Moment so I know this is my way out of lack I just do not know what other steps to take to catch the train to get me to the other side of the tunnel where the light is just around the corner. I just need to find the transportation to get there. All I know to do is to take the hand of God and some how He will show me the way.

All I can say at this point is God will make a way when there is no way I just don't know how He is going to do it yet. I just need to keep remembering God's timing is not our timing and God's timing is the best timing and if I miss this wave God will send me an even better wave, in His timing even though some times waiting on God can be really painful and even scary until God's M.I.R.C.L.E.s brakes through ( Mighty In Restoring All God Loves Everyone or Everything)( That even apply s here.) Maybe God is trying to teach me patients until the M.I.R.A.C.L.E.brake through.

Thank You Dean for how you are always encouraging those of us who are continually being told that this is a scam or that you don't know enough to do the job. With your mentors to help me I know one day when God opens that door I will be one of your greatest success stories. Thanks to you and your friend Phil Tirone.

I am on it, I have always wanted to do RE but never had the courage. That little "doubt demon" would always rear his ugly head. I'm sick and tired of thinking negative, I just turned 40 and I am going to be all over this. Thanks to you for the training, encourgement and push to get people like myself to "JUST DO IT ALREADY".

I have been trying to make an emotional decision and get things started for a few months now, ever since I first heard Dean s speach. Im roaring ,ready to go ! But for some reason everyone I talk to,to back me on this tells me its got to be some type of scam, or anyother excuse not to take a risk. I know times are tough and people dont want to lose whatever they ve got left, but unless we take a risk in something we believe in, and really do it. Nothing s gonna change. Im ready to get the ball rolling! Thankyou Dean for re-kindling my fire!!!

I had heard about Dean previously and pretty brushed real estate off due to the market crash. I understand the power of real estate and now I am prepared to once again begin looking at it as a viable option for increasing my net worth.

Dean is right on track... He is an expert and knows what he is talking about...

This was my first time watching one of the videos. I am inspired. I don't have any money to put down and I am still a little scared, but I need to change my lifestyle. I can't stand on my feet all day anymore. Hopefully, I'll find what I need to do from your words of wisdom.

Dean all of your blogs are totally inspirational, enthusiastic, love that emotion, you know how to educate and catch that attention, I applaude you in your wisdom, so thankful to god, that only you have given so much of your knowledge, caring, thoughtfulness and desires to anyone and everyone especially in these times. Not everyone is blessed as the gift you have showed each one of us, no matter what the obstacles, the hiccups love that word, so true, recently, I dealt with that personally, however, not about to let that become a mountain in my way. I feel so much from researching, along with reading, you remind me so much, as a comparason, like I have lived through your experiences, minus the age factor, but I have the same goals, family oriented, as you a people person, I go above and beyond more than I should, however have learned my boundaries. I am so enspired by all of your video's, you are a fabulous teacher, you absolutely are doing your calling, for all of us. Glad in a way to say you are so much over and above more than those other real estate people, you care about us, and make sure we are there, thank you so much for willingness to work with us, and your family caring for those whom truly are willing to go that extra mile, because of you, we don't need to worry, there is a solution, however, as stated, we have to make that effort, I am truly looking forward to that book, along with making this my new found peace, future involvement, very much future meeting you in person, so glad I am able to finally to make this happen, you are truly my guardian angel, and I appreciate how the family is willing to help me, I am dealing with a hiccup, but not for long, within the next week lord willing, and he is, so here I come, new family member of DEAN GRAZIOSI YES I am exstatic guess I spelled that right. My wife is working with me so I am lucky enough to have her support. The weekly blogs help a great deal because we are struggling with getting our first deal finalized. But we won't give up. As our mentor said to us "You are building a business-not running a race."

I am also looking forward to the workshop I will be attending in DC this coming weekend!

It was well motivating just like all the other have been. I know it works and I have faith that your teaching will work. I only wish everyone around me felt the same. From my wife to my grown children, I get constantly that it is a waste of time. Not to offend anyone, but they say go get a "real" job at Burger King. I just turned 59 and I have gone through everything that I had financially to take care of my parents when their health failed. I sit here tonight more interested in jumping off a bridge than trying to get the blessings of my family to do what I have been wanting to do the last 10 years, real estate. I feel my life is passing by and I better do it now. As I have found out there is no guarantee of the next day. Go for it and you will make it happen.

I've been to other sites throughout the years and this site is leaps and bounds ahead of them all. No where else have I gotten so much "on the ground" info on what's happening now and how to get around it. If a new law comes out one of us DGers finds a way to work with it and profit and the most important part, they share it with everyone. That alone makes you and this site the most valuable on the planet to anyone in RE! Thanks!

This is the first time on this site. Going to the seminar here in Dallas on Saturday. From the comments I've read, this actually works. I'm not a very emotional person, so most of my decisions are based in logic. The real estate market may have indeed hit bottom.
I'll Probably be posting more after the seminar. I want to see what this is all about before I comit anything.
