Hi Dean, Thanks for always being willing to push us forward. This economy and the challenges of life sometimes create quite the head-wind but you, the Success Academy, and our one-on-one mentor Randy have never let it get us down, or let us get away with making any excuses. We'll be closing on our first buy/fix/sell deal tomorrow and it is very LOGICAL. It's like pushing forward through the clouds and seeing a better light ahead. Thank you we really do appreciate everything!

OMG is this an amazing area. I am amazed at people who just walk away from their homes or property and don't try to sell it to someone who is interested.

It is logical buy at low to reasonable prices (allowing a reasonable profit) and control to my future rather than leaving it in the hands of "someone else".

I agree with you Dean that emotions will warrant someone to buy something based on their situation and how it hits home for them. Personally I am in the phase of my life that Real Estate might be my only answer. I am recently unemployed with a 3 year old little boy and a baby on the way. The job market seems to be really specific as to what they are looking for. I only have an associates degree and that doesn't seem to be enough. In these past 2 months, my desire to do real estate has never been so high. I've always wanted to do it and I have been following you for quite some time but something has always gotten in the way (money and time mostly). Now that I have the time, I feel like I need to take that leap NOW so my kids don't have to suffer in these down times. I have a little support from my other half but not so much until I am to bring home the money. I feel like I am at a dead end and want to know what is the right step to just do it and get my first deal done. I am in need of some guidance and I feel once the first deal is done, the sky is the limit from there. Your video is enlightening and I plan to get this started some way some how very soon.

Dean I've watched your video blogs for some time and the motivation and ideas you cover are great. I have several homes under my belt now and will be closing another one the first part of Jun 2012. I'm doing it owner financing and somehow the owner is financing me, using his 401k. Isn't it great that we are involved in real estate RIGHT NOW? Anyway keep up the GREAT work and (lol) don't forget to send me that book!

I've been watching these blogs for a while and you truly inspire me. I live in Canada and our realstate situation is totally different from yours, in the US. But emotions drives us the same way as you guys!

I'm applying some of your techniques here, in Canada, and hope to get some results in the short term. But I'm still scared that it will not work...

I LOVE your message of taking action! In essence you're saying don't depend on anyone but yourself. My thoughts exactly. It's so refreshing to know someone else feels the same way! Thank you for giving us the confidence we need. Together with your message and our actions, WE WILL turn this economy around (and get back on track to moving our country in the right direction of doing it ourselves instead of having an entitlement mentality.) I love you for that alone.
It was a pleasure to meet you this past weekend in Las Vegas so I could tell you in person, "thank you for all you do for us." You give us all the resources we need to succeed. You are such a giving person and so sweet. You share so much and it's appreciated very much.

My boyfriend Eddie and I are new to real estate investing and we are both extremely excited about getting started! This video has renewed our faith. We are both struggling financially right now but we know that doing this and having the guidance we need will definetely help us.
