Dean, Everything that you have said is logical. I just want to say that I can relate, because, I am stuck. I have ordered a couple of your books and read some of the chapters. I just can't seem to take that leap of faith. It also does not help that I am not getting the support that I need at home. I really want to make a change. I just can't seem to get started. Thanks for your weekly words of wisdom. Somehow I am going to try to get past the negativity and inaction.

Well, I knew nothing about Real Estate, but I purchased some training and did a couple of deals that paid my initial investment, and I am out for more. I mean: more education, more deals, more wealth.

You can never be accused of not being passionate. I still have a lot of self doubt and learning to overcome but you have my interest peaked to keep wanting more information in order to understand what this is really all about.

No matter where you are at in life, Dean't comments can apply.

Often those around us influence us greatly as we end up bowing to peer pressure. However, knowing when we are right and sticking up for ourselves can be difficult without having support. I love coming to the weekly blog and forums to show my loved ones that what I am doing is possible. It helps when they can see others succeeding and they are more supportive. Sometimes, though, I just have to find the willpower to continue on knowing that results will follow.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience. Most of all, it is your energy and enthusiam that really sets you apart from all others. I look forward to more videos, books, and programs from you. Thank you!

Yep, its scary to buy investment real estate as a contrarian.

The crowd was rushing to buy at the peak, and they are now being foreclosed on, and short sales abound.

You really want to take advice from these folks?

Follow your dreams and go for it!

Once the Cashflow starts coming in on the 5th of the month you look mighty smart, and will hear "I wish we had bought investment real estate at the bottom."

Can you recommend good funding sources for long term buy and hold?
