I'm so glad for your weekly videos Dean, because when things get rough your enthusiasm keeps me going. I'm so ready to get my first deal, you can't imagine! I almost had a couple of properties but the sellers' requirements for EMD kept me from buying one and the extensive repairs from another one.They sold within days, and I was sorry I could not come to an agreement with the seller, but I did not get emotional about it, I'm thinking NEXT...
and that makes me emotional, because I know that it works and that I can do it and WILL do it!

Thanks for the message this week. I totally agree with you and will do everything I can to get others to see the wisdom in logic numbers and the current economy. The market is definitely heading in an upward trend. I see it in the couple of states I'm working in...Thank you for all that you do day in day out week in week out. Without you and the wonderful people here I would still be living life in a ho hum state and hating it. At least now I have a light at the end of the tunnel that doesn't end with 20yrs somewhere making them all the money and me with no time for loved ones.

The tide is rising. If you can manage positive cash flow you want to buy and hold. It may not go up like a rocket but real asset value will be gained in the next 5 years. So buy and hold...it's logical. RC

I know you said you did not see my post, but I do not know what went wrong. I thought I let you know how much it means to me to know that you really care about all of us. I know that it is possible for us to see the light at the end of the tunnel thanks to you and your guidance. I have been scared to try anything because I just knew I would fail. Removing all the bad emotions and replacing with the good. Hoping 2012 is huge.

My emotional motivation is the Mail. Seriously, how often do you get the mail and there is that extra bill you hadn't counted on. The annual vehicle tags, the 20% the insurance didn't cover, etc. And it always seems to happen when your stretched to your limit already.

im just starting in real estate and love any kind of education i can get. thanks dean!
