Dean is as always a wonderfully positive, charismatic, informative speaker. The information he shares applies to more than just real estate, but the information for developing oneself in real estate is spectacular. I was grateful to be able to attend a seminar some time back and be able to receive his word regularly. I think he is inspired to do good with our world today. Congratulation Dean on passing through to being one of the greats of our time.

As always, your energy and enthusiasm are contagious! I am a member of your Success Academy and in December of 2010 closed on my first foreclosure. I started rehab with the intent of leasing. But the house looked so AWESOME, I decided to sell and carry the note for 3 years! Sold to the second person to look at the house after being on the market for 3 days! I am carrying the note for 10%, interest only for 3 years and got 10% down! The people(with their credit) would never have been able to get conventional financing. They are thrilled, as am I. I have given them tips and strategies to get their credit back on track as well. There is, I believe, a big market for owner finance and will be keeping that in mind with my next purchase!

Hi Dean,

I subscribed to you a few months ago and am really interested in getting started with real estate invested. I just always wanted some physical money to invest. The No Money Down thing really scares me. However, I've been turning the tides in my life a bit and now, after watching this video, I'm remotivated to begin the learning process. I will be looking through your site to determine what training I'd like to consider. Which would you recommend for a complete (and fear-ridden) beginner? Thanks for the videos and the passion!

I couldn't afford the Edge (at least my husband said we couldn't afford it because we have thrown so much money at other programs)and thought I'd never see another weekly wisdom from you. I am not proud to say that I have been watching and reading from the sidelines for over a year now. Lots of negativity and fear all around me. I pray that I will break through this fear and negativity and find the courage to do what I know I need to do. Thank you, Dean, for not abandoning me! I know with your encouragement and reader's posts I WILL do it!

Hello Everyone,
I can't wait to get the new book. I attended the 2010 Edge and it was great!!! It was hard to get passed all of the negative comments from friends and family. I moved forward and it has been a slow process. I did my first deal 10 months after the edge and it will go back on the market as a flip by mid June 2012 so it can be done just be patient and have faith. The best part is to show the non-believers that it can be done.
