GREAT BLOG AS USUAL. I HAVE THE BOOK "BE A REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE". I HAVE A BAD HABIT OF ALWAYS TELLING MYSELF I CAN'T DO THIS SO I PUT THE BOOK DOWN FOR A MONTH OR TWO PICK IT UP AGAIN READ A FEW CHAPTERS AND TELL MYSELF "I CAN'T DO THIS". YOU'RE RIGHT WHEN YOU SAY "DON'T GIVE OTHERS THE POWER TO JUDGE YOU AND CHANGE HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF". IT'S TERRIBLE NOT TO HAVE THE CONFIDENCE TO GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. TRY AND TRY AGAIN.

Hi Dean,
I got your message loud and clear. This weekend, I will be working on getting my 'Z' licence. I will also work on my 'B', so I could drive the Milton Transit bus or the school bus. I need a bit of extra $$ in order to take action. That will really help me. You're comments re. making emotional decisions are right on the money. Those who make decisions with the heart without thinking about them first can make bad financial decisions, that can lead to furter bad emotional decisons.
