I just wanted to say hello and welcome you to the site. I am still learning myself. I think one of the things that's helping me move forward is that I have finally sat myself down to do the assignments on the Success Academy. Now it's all starting to make sense. I tried doing it with just the books, but that didn't really help as much as the course is. But again, it was mainly that I allowed fear to hold me back but I am gaining more confidence. Dean is pretty amazing and what we have here is really a goldmine. Stick with it Larry and you will succeed.

Hi Larry: Ihave a deal on a foreclosed home going for 45,000. it's a handyman fixup listed online two weeks ago for 130. now being listed for 200. I beleive I have aContracting Co. who may want not sure on doing the contract.At this present time I'm doing the Success Academy,but I'm not learning fast enough don't want to loose this deal or the others I have ,just want a litle insight.Bill
