Thank you Dean, for another motivating weekly wisdom. We are taking action, and it is the best thing I have ever done-not the easiest, but I would of not gotten the results I have been getting if I had not joined your group of investors. This program is Logical because the numbers don't lie. Run your numbers!!!

Well this is my first time to comment. I always enjoy your videos Dean, and I have definitely seen your emotions. It's true we all need support, and if we can't find it in our family, then we just need to network with other like-minded folks. I've always loved houses, and I plan to get involved. I haven't really had any training yet, but am looking forward to getting my digital copy of your book. Thanks for all you do!

I have recently transplanted from Southern AZ to San Francisco for my Merchant Marine job. I am a union member who needs to go to the hall every day until I land a ship (haha). I'm in a hotel I pay $300 a week for and it doesn't even have a bathroom. I swear this place is more expensive than NYC.

Anyway, I couldn't do it in AZ so it damn sure ain't gonna happen here! But I want to thank you again, Dean, for your commitment. I know this is the time. I just gotta scrounge another grub stake!

Its amazing to see how one's thoughts and feelings might be in accordance of each other with little or know comparisons of events.

I know you can do this with no money down, but without spewing out my sob story. I would need help from your staff to get going and stay on track, and be held accountable.

By far you are THE MAN that espouses REAL PASSION and that should never be confused with emotion.

Life is full of distinctions and that is a Big one.

I started with you in October 2009 from watching a late night infomercial and reading one Book. It was all in there... everything that I needed, every bit of it... the complete road map for starting my Real Estate Investment business....

I completed 10 transactions in 2010, 25 in 2011 now in 2012 having put my XXX transaction under my belt (lets just say over 50), I am more passionate than ever before.

I have expanded my business to recruit my son who lives in Tulsa OK and we are proof that this works. (we have 5 deals there at one stage or another) and 8 months ago he told me point blank we could not FLIP houses in Tulsa, people were different there.... HA! Wrong answer!

Passion and desire driven by logic and proof outweigh emotion and possible defeat. My Passion = My Drive and that determination harnessed becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

Thanks for the weekly wisdom... you are without a doubt an inspiration and I thank you because I am kicking ass.

Want to meet folks on the DG family or from staff who live in remote areas who are working with limitations that the city dwellers don't deal with and use a different set of working criteria out in rural America. What tools do they find that work better than others. They live in areas where it could be a hundred miles to the nearest city or township. Really want REI to work, but find most information geared to city dwellers. Yes, tools are we have are computer(Thank God), internet(another blessing) and a phone. How others are making this work while living out in the sticks would be nice to hear from their successes.

Thanks for being logical and timely with your weekly posting. They help inspire and motivate us!

I used your education (and a lot of legwork looking at local properties) to buy a new home in a great neighborhood to live in. We have gone from $1100 rent to $300 mortgage for a MUCH nicer home!
I am still looking forward to my first money-making deal. I am a bit stuck on building a buyer's list, but I WILL get there!EXCITED

Dean presents a very postive picture for getting into real estate today....prices are at historic lows, and like my dad always said "Shelter (homes) are a neccessity of life". One can rent or buy, but non the less everyone will live somewhere.

I am attending your seminar on Wednesday in Stockton, I have some self doubt. I am in a place in my life I have been unemployed for 3 months as my profession is in Health Care Sales, and it has been a struggle in Ca. since the economy took a dive. My Credit is not good, I literally am broke.
Can People like myself succeed?

Thanks for taking time to post this information. I/we know that you don't have to. You have already made your cash, thanks for giving back.

I am clearly in need of your book and your support. This job market and economy has taken its toll on small businesses and families. I have not been in a paycheck to paycheck mode since i was a kid. Quite frankly, it scares me to death. I have a wife and 5 children to take care of and we are not destined for the government handout program.
