Thanks for your honesty and sharing your wisdom with others.

This is an awesome motivational video. Way to keep everyone motivated. I have people that tell me to keep going and I also have people tell me that it can't be done. I listen to myself and decide for myself. Keep going and be persistant about what you feel. Life is too short to listen to other people's failure.

Thanks for the inspiration Dean. I never met my father but that I am one you have become like a father figure to me and I take your advice to heart.

I watched your video and everything you said sounded logical to me. I can't wait to read the book to get started on my new journey in life. I'm tired of the same ole ans tired of my family not believing me. I'm ready for a new change and to show my family that eveything isn't a scam. To many times we think something is a good idea but never do anything about it. this makes you stop and think about why you don't do it and that you should do the things that your gut tells you are good even if it is a little scary.

This is the first video I've watched in over a year. Thank you for your bribe which pulled me back in. With the logic you clearly pointed out, I ask myself, 'How can I loose? What's holding me back with your and your students proven track record?' It's obvious, it's me and I need to get out of MY own way.

Your passion for all that you do shows through just by watching your videos. I spent most of my adult life as a carpenter and became a master of my trade. I accomplished more than most by sheer passion to be the best because I loved what I did. Started each project from a pile of wood and ended with a masterpiece. The blueprint was a major factor in the successful outcome. I have invested in your system and truly hope the wisdom you provide will be the components to create my blueprint for success. Belief is a major ingredient. I can muster the courage to act when I know I have a foundation to build on. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with you and your company. Thanks Dean for another great Wisdom Video. I am new to your team and have always wanted to get involved in real estate because it is logical. It is where more wealth and financial freedom have been earned in this world than via any other financial vehicle. I however have always found reasons not to do it in large part because I have felt uncomfortable or had the confidence to take the steps to become successful, nor have I ever had the right coach as I do now in you. Thank you for your excitement and inspiration!! I am looking forward to being one of your successful students.

Common sense tells you - everyone needs a place to live - so why not RE investing??? My spouse and I have NO doubts whatsoever that your proven strategies work (tried and true). Discipline and time management are foremost that lead to ACTION and daily follow-up so we can look up and never look back. "Thank you Dean for all your enthusiasm and wisdom. You give us all the tools we need for success and what we do with it is our choice".
