Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #184 - Logical Decisions

Thank You Dean. Once again My Wife and I are truly excited to move forward. We spent the past 80 days putting our LLC and Plan together. This week coming up we close our first deal on a rehab close to our home that we would not have found if it you hadn't shown such enthusiasm for going out and creating ways to find deals. We have no credit, no money, and lots of naysayers. What we do have is ambition for change. We attended one of your three day seminars and got a lot of great info. We hit the ground running and guess what.? We are not stopping. We are using your techniques and using other peoples' money and we are not afraid. Very alert but not afraid. Thank You Again.!! Hoping to close before our 90 day due date. Then with our next deals we can work our way up to help you help others. Dave And Belinda in PA

I think real estate is logical, it allows you to generate a solid source of income that will lead to wealth. While reading your book “Be a Real Estate Millionaire” I have become emotionally driven and at the same time I am implementing logic. The emotion side drives me because I have a strong desire to eliminate the debt in my life. Logically, I will use the strategies from your book to develop a strong foundation to build wealth. I am going to take action by using my emotions and logic to drive me to create wealth.

Just when I start to fade away from my real estate careea, I watch the weekly wisdom videos every Monday morning and get back engaged into pursuing my real estate careea. These videos truly helps a lot, espeacialy when you feeling like this stuff doesn't work. Thanks Dean and keep the Insperational videos coming weekly.

Anything we have accomplished & succeeded was done with Emotion, otherwise known as Passion. It is with Passion that I have embarked on this journey with Dean's Course. I have purchased The Edge and wake up to this every morning, listening to Dean, Matt, Rina, Ali, Joe, Greg Murphy, and others. They have become my new found friends...so much to absorb. Every night I'm up until well after midnight looking for foreclosures & properties. I'm riding around looking at bandit signs to get names & numbers. My husband & I have been to many real estate seminars, but for the first time, I feel that this time we will succeed (there's that emotion thing again!) Have a great weekend everyone!

After having worked in the investment (stocks,Bonds, mutual funds,etc) field for the past 12 yrs. I would rather invest my hard earned $$ in either a business or real estate. Being in control is the number 1 reason. Just remember that you will need to educate yourself and have guidance along the way. Lastly, no one can paint or landscape an ugly performing stock to increase its value over a weekend. Investing in Stocks, Mutual funds, OUT, Investing in realestate and businesses IN!!

Call me skeptical.
Looks like you are also preying on peoples emotions to try and sell something. Just not sure yet exactly what your selling.
So, I'll post to see what your books all about.

yes i would like to get into real estate and i do beleave in all you say because there a lot of foreclosure properties were i live yes i would like the this opportunitie .

Is it logical for me to think that if I take steps forward, follow the plan and learn from others, that I will move out of and away from the rut in which I have allowed myself to stay? Yes! Is it fearful and emotional bondage that has had me persuaded that the rut is secure? Yes! Thank you Dean for your ever-present encouragement.

Its funny, I talk to friends that have a job & have money that the time is now. They all say I crazy the RE market is in the dumps. I point out that is the point which is why now is the time. Everyone I talk to says I'm wrong. It is so hard to over come the chronic waves of negativity from family and friends. Here's to finding a job and at least doubling that income with RE and a much better year.

Thank you for helping people make it, I know some of us are scared. I lost my partner of 22 1/2 years, and we had to move out of our place into my mom's. I do not have a job and looking for a house to live in since he did leave me with money. I am ready for a change in life, tired of being broke and broken down. And tired of being scared. I will read the book and put it to work, along with my 19 year old twin sons that want to do real estate so bad. You have given me the umph to move and also to loose weight. Have used food as comfort after loosing him. Thanks for the inspiration. See you at the top.
