Well, duhhh... I just discovered that I somehow managed to post this in the re-investing section.. so reposting hopefully in the right place.
Hi Dean,
Life has me feeling like everytime I poke my head up out of the hole, I get zonked again. That's emotion. But when I think of real estate, I know that is the path to follow. That's logic. So while I have not been active lately, I have not given up entirely. One only has to look around to see that real estate is every where. It always has been; always will be. Businesses and people come and go. But in that coming and going opportunities abound as the real estate linked with those businesses and people continue to change hands. Logic is that there is no other commodity on the planet with the on-going life span of real estate. From the Garden of Eden to our door steps, logic is Real Estate was then, and Real Estate is now, and Real Estate will be. Our frustration is making the right connections to become an active part of the process and enjoy the rewards of that process.

Great video this week Dean! It's very hard to get things going when your making a big change in your life. I know this all too well. I first bought your books four years ago and started my journey to financial freedom. I also signed up on this wonderful website four years ago as well. Since then, I have faced every setback you can think of, financial problems included, however, it is you and this website that keep me working toward my goal of being financially free. Another great video!
I've heard lots of negative comments, but have not listened. I am in the process of closing 2 deals now. I have been working on both for about four months and it is looking like all my hard work is about to pay off. There has been many obstacles and so many times that both deals have almost fallen through, but I scrambled to solve each issue that arrived. There were so many times I felt frustrated and wanted to give up, but thats when I turned to these videos to keep me motivated. I probably would have lost both deals if I listened to others telling me its a sign to back out. When things get difficult thats's when you truly know if you are committed. Would it be easier to give up? Definitely, but then you are just stuck exactly where you were and things won't ever get better. Stay motivated and keeping pushing through the problems. There is a light at the end of the tunnel just don't give up until you reach it. Once you get there the sense of confidence and accomplishment will keep you wanting more!

I completely agree. It is logical. The numbers add up. I am ready to get started. I've been to a workshop and was trying to get things set up for my move. I moved yesterday. Now is the time. Getting involved
It's taken me a long time to get to this stage but now I feel that I'm ready to go! I have been reluctant to get involved as I was sure values would continue to fall - but no more. I feel the time is right and I'm ready to give it the commitment needed to succeed. As you say Dean, it's time to take action!

Was thinking about your great message this week. I have made and lost money on houses I have owned but they were very emotionally charged because they were about the home I lived in. Maybe giving myself permission to be emotional about jumping into real estate INVESTING will be more consistently profitable. I signed up to see you(or your representative) in Orlando in a few weeks.

Logical Decisions
Action is the only way to move forward. I love this site because positive energy is always in abundance. Now is the time and today is the day. Looking back on what could have been is no where in the plan. Time doesn't stand still though so the action has to start NOW!
