Hello Dean and DG family, when seeking and agent, what do I tell the agent when asked where my funding is coming from with none of my own money to invest?

I really enjoyed listening to your weekly wisdom. I went to one of your events this weekend and it is very logical and I will get involved when I can get the funds to get started. I know it show that I am part of the 20, but being logical is not having enough to do what you have to do to live. I will sell real estate because it is the logical thing to do at this present time. I will continue to pick up tips and when I can enroll in the school to get even more information, I will. Thanks for all you do.

Love your enthusiasm. I will be on the other end of this upturn, selling my house, trying to save my Maui condo..all those renters need a place to stay, maybe giving my duplex to the tenants...and real estate is just what I want to hold onto. You have to live somewhere. So I believe like another blogger that the basic wealth is real estate and the control of it

It gave me the encouragement I need it to go further to get a deal under contract thank you Dean I need it that.

Dean, right now I feel so desperate that my husband's homeless son makes a haven out of our humble abode because my husband tolerates it. I have nothing against homelessness, but this 40-year old man blew up his good-paying job and his wonderful family and now utilizes our home to fulfill his visitation privileges. There is a fine line between getting upset and feeling depressed, and I am now discovering that I feel depressed that my husband does not have the insight that he is rewarding his son for his bad decisions (at work, pornography) and to his family (womanizing, that caused his wife to divorce him). My husband seems to close his eyes to the fact that his son is leeching on us, bringing in his five kids (two teenagers and three toddlers) and feeling content with the substandard life he is giving them. Our house is a mobilehome and the park we live in is only for 50+ individuals. I feel the pain of dealing with this situation...emotionally and physically...that has been going on for over one year now. Thank you for constantly reminding us to become financially independent. Right now, I am not, because I live on my very little (early) retirement money and support from my husband. I hope the blogs here reach every man and woman with the same predicament and be motivated to take action. God bless!

My husband and I are eager to start but also a little bit nervous and afraid to make mistakes. We know we will learn on mistakes, so we are taking action, and getting ready for our first deal. Thank you Dean for the inspiration, the knoweledge, the push. We have known about RE for years, and yet were not taking action. Now we strated and there is no way back until we make money and get our family out of the hole!
We DO want the copy of the book, we want to get any knowledge possible that Dean offers and so many people say awesome things about this book!

Dean, I'm someone who has been reading your books since 2010 but (until today) had not taken action for fear of ... WHO THE HECK KNOWS? I'm a positive person but had consistently talk myself out of moving forward. I thought I WAS using logic, but discovered it was not. THIS IS LOGICAL!! I will not live through another real estate upside with the regrets I've had. No more. It's time to explode into my life. I appreciate your encouragement and philosophy of looking into ourselves to uncover our "WHY", our true reasons for taking action. No action only keeps us where we are...and it's not a safe place (That would be illogical.) Many thanks again, Dean.

Dean thanks for the vid it truly is inspiring while being kicked down. I am blessed to know some of your successful students and you my friend. Dean I don't know how the heck you did it back in New York in the past no email and not many people doing creative strategies in the 90's. My hat is off to you. I don't care how many times I get knocked down but I will continue until the end. I have all the support but for me when going through the motions to try to get deals it just messes with my head when I stare into my wifes eyes and she sees me killing it with many setbacks and time is of the essence with her.
