Thank you Dean! Your boy is super cute! I appreciate the reminder about WHY we are doing this! My coach from IE reminded me about it too, he said that there is no reason to do it for my family if I focus only on the business and won`t spend time with my family. I am a stay at home mom and yestreday while talking to a REA my kids started screaming like crazy and wanted my attention and the talk with an agent was a complete disaster. I got so frustrated and was not very happy with my kids the rest of the day. But I forgot that they are my first priority and I have to find ways to do RE in between taking care of my kids, no matter how hard it is, I need to do what I can, while still being a good Mom for them, and Not hurting my relationship with them when I dedicate my time to RE! Love this video! Love it! Thank you Dean!

Thanks for sharing Brody with us.

Blog # 203: The Power of Now.

Dear Dean,
Thank you so much for that awesome blog with your son, Brody. Thank you for reminding us of the important things in life, our family, our children. What a great role model you are to all of us, DG family. Two things I learn: Take time to enjoy and love your family. And take time to enjoy the blessings of now and don't worry about tomorrow and your past failures. Learn from your past mistakes/failures/sins and learn not to repeat them again through God's grace, mercy, wisdom and knowledge channeled through others such as you and others in the DG family. Thank you, Dean, for sharing Brody with us through that blog. He is an awesome gift of God to you, your family & us in the DG family. God bless you!

The Power of Now

Not only is Eckhardt Tolle's book of the above title a great read, it is essential that all of us remember that NOW is ALL THERE IS. Spending time in the presence of young children (as with your adorable son, Brody), before they are destroyed by the public education system, the media, and most of the myths spread by "adults" in the world is very valuable. Everything is possible for everyone - it is only the self-imposed doubts, fears, unworthiness, etc. that limit anyone - whether it be in real estate or any other area. Thanks for sharing!

Father & Son

Hey Dean

Loved the video with your son!!! He is too cute! Definitely one to watch! It's so true that as "kids" we are so unafraid of everything. Someone dares you and you just say ok and do it! We should learn from our kids - watch them go out and conquer their "mountains" and then do it ourselves.

Over time, we changed because people around us are negative and tell you you "can't" and we start to believe the negative. But deep down we subconsciously know that we can but the "demon" within strikes again.

We definitely need to put the past behind us - live each day as it could be your last and the future will happen! It all depends on "YOU!"
This is what I got out of your Weekly Wisdom.

Thanks Dean and your son!

You have a great boy. My son's almost out of high school now but I remember those days. Thanks for not giving up on people, for some it's hard to understand why you do what you do, but for us that know you, we believe you really care about people.
Thanks for the -Insider Elite- I was on the fence and when you gave us the second chance the day after,I just went for it and I am thrilled! it's the best opportunity you've come up with. On the site you are accountable and the amount of secrets you give away is fantastic. After I signed up, I finally got the courage to make my first offer and I am not stopping now I can see it coming together and I've lost the fear I had. It's like an enlightening moment and POOOOF It's all clear now. I'm going for it!
Never say die!

Blessings to your family Dean,
Angel.

Brody

Your son reminds me of my now 28 yr. old son.
At a restaurant when he was around 5 all these young women kept coming over and talking to him, saying what a great kid he was and that he was the cutest guy in the restaurant. It was wonderful to see his smile with all the feminine attention. Your son has the same aura around people, and meeting him at the edge cinched it! What a wonderful son you have, enjoy while you can, they grow up all to fast.

LUCK

Hello Dean

Thanks for having Brody appear online with you. I can understand how proud you must be of him and your other children.

I came to the conclusion many years ago, based on the remarks made by people such as Warren Buffet, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Etc, along with many other factors, that it requires three basic things to achieve success.

Those three factors are:
*Hard work and networking.(Knowing people).
*Knowledge, intelligence and common sense.
*And Luck

I truely believe that some people are for some unknown reason, luckier than others.

I don't know how this could be proven but it appears to be true in the majority of sucessful people.
You may have a Masters Degree, know all the Right people, work 16 hours a day and do everything exactly by the book or leap over the most impossible obsticles in your way only to come to the last minute and have everything completely wiped out by BAD LUCK.

If you are of an age of say 50 and over, most people will know if luck is or has been on their side or not.

Many people have no problem with luck one way or the other.
But some people are extremely lucky while other people in the exact same circumstances will have extremely BAD LUCK.

Unfortunately, I am a person with very BAD LUCK. I recognize that I have bad luck and try to work with that in mind.
However, it is always very disappointing and aggrevating to work on something for a long time only to have it fail at the last minute because of bad luck.

Some people call it a Curse. I actually believe in this now. I do believe some people are cursed with bad luck where some are blessed with good luck.

It's obvious you are a Lucky person. I am not saying this to belittle the obvious long hours, hard work and money you have invested in yourself and your company.

I am saying though, that if you had been cursed with bad luck, you unfortunately would most likely not have achieved as much if anything as you have.

How about LUCK Dean?

Do you have any feelings or opinions about luck yourself? Do you believe in luck?
Do you believe that you are a lucky person or do you believe luck had nothing to do with where you are at today?

Please let us know.

All the best, and good luck.

Cheers

Will Roach

Dean has a blog here about luck...

I think we all have bad luck. Its what we do after the bad luck that determines our success...

excellent blog

Thanks Dean: Your son Brody is getting big, Real cute kid.Always enjoy seeing children. The blog was so good as always. Have a great day. Carol in Texas

Wow that was awesome

OMGoodness Dean he is just adorable. My children and I did that today we went out to cracker barrel and we decided today that we were going to enjoy this day and live carefree just in this moment. Interesting once again you have a video based on what we are teaching in my home. I felt at first maybe I should not have went but after watching this I'm glad I did. Thanks Dean and Brody.Smiling

What a Cutie-Patootie!

You've got a live wire on your hands-how fun!

Thank you for the message that all we have is today. Decisions we make now will shape our future so the power is always in this moment. The past doesn't have to be an anvil weighing us down if we don't allow it. It can be a motivation to create something better now.

You and Brody are a lovely reminder of that. Thank you again.

wow! I totaly lost it. Watching you with your son brought back so many great memories. I do remember how great my kids made me feel and how hard I used to push for things to make there life better... They are now 24, 22, 18 and 16. I have become lax in my learning and getting out and doing, Yet I have a four month old grandbaby and I can help make his life better. Time to move on and get this program working for me and my wonderful family.
Thank you
Jill

Great Subject!

Blog of 10/02

Dean, I watched your blog and you are always very inspiring with great messages. Your son Brody is so cute and full of personality! We are honored to have you shared your time with son with us. You can do the blog with him anytime ☺ Do not listen to any negative comments. I know we all dream the days when we can spend the time with our kids any time we wish. Time is precocious and so are your kids. Your blog has put a smile on my face. They grow up so fast so spend as much time, NOW moment as that is all they know. My kids have grown before I was able to do that. Give Brody "deaner"....he is so cute! Oh, by the way I have watched Edge 2012 where you brought both your son and your daughter. She is so beautiful, shy and sweet! Thank you for sharing and live the moment! Thank you!

Hi Dean,
I have learned about living in the NOW. I read the same book about three years ago and am doing just that. I loved seeing BRODY... Enjoy him like I was able to enjoy my two boys. I was able to be a great big part of their lives as they grew up. I envy you because I wish I were back in those days. I have learned much from you and Eckart Tolle, and I know that this will be my year.
thanks

Mr. Graziosi you hit another home run

Mr. Graziosi as always a great video and using your son was a great touch made me miss my two grandkids in North Carolina. I wanted to know if you have ever thought of doing a Virtual Trainer and making a Virtual Class were students can learn and you can send them out into the virtual world to talk to people, inspect houses, buy and sale the house in a Virtual. The Army uses Virtual Trainer to teach Soldiers from First Aid to Combat I can send you a copy of the CD that we give to new Soldiers. I wrote a letter to you and ask customer service to pass it on to you. Thanks

Hi Dean, I enjoyed this week's weekly blog more than any other blog since you started doing them, and that is REALLY saying something!

The time and effort you put into this site and into us, every week, is truly appreciated.

'Dean and Brody' ... Priceless! Smiling

This was a joy to watch! Smiling
Thank you,
Angela

Dean, I appreciate you.

It's good to see a successful guy still has time for his kid(s). A lot of times one winds up being successful financially only to lose time with their family. Watching and listening to you make me believe that Real Estate Investing can give me the freedom that we all want. I like this video and I will take heed to its message. Cute kid by the way.

Brody is Adorable!

Thanks Dean, for sharing Brody with all of us. He is a real charmer and already following in his Daddy's footsteps. I like your ideas about living in the Now and that Our Past is Our Research. Great original thinking! Thanks too for sharing your uplifting thoughts that help all of us so much!
