I CAN START anytime AT EITHER PLACE.
By the way, a big time Real Estate investor, Robert Allen, said that you will run out of money before you run out of opportunities. So almost any place where there is real estate should have some great properties. Just the larger areas have enough to do 50-100 per month every month.
The money holds me back.

Home of George Washington's boyhood. Surrounded by the richest counties in the U.S (Loudon county)! A stone's throw from Washington D.C and Maryland. Many people commute through 2hr traffic everyday from this location and a lot of these people live here to get away from expensive housing near the city. Houses are easier to flip and invest in. Stafford is filled with goverment employees, military personnel; state of the art medical facilites such as Mary Washington Hospital. The unemployment rate has remained under the national rate for 9months and under 5% for those months as well.
