Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #219 - Being an Area Manager

As you may know, Dean is on the search for a couple "A" players to find deals for him to buy. Whoever is chosen will be able to make a nice income, if they find qualified deals to pass off deals to Dean. But there's more. You don't have to wait to be one of Dean's property providers, this blog will explain how you can do the VERY same thing for other investors and still make amazing profits.

I can hardly wait for 1st check!

Still working with PropertyDirect & Guardian Law to get closing docs for 2 Michigan properties adjusted or a credit back so we can close. I still haven't seen any closing docs for the Alabama property yet. I hope they come soon as the issues affecting the Michigan props don't affect the Alabama place except vacancy due to a pre-existing issue. I'm working with a couple in Oakland, CA. We're all working jobs but get together on weekends to work on getting some assignments or bird dog deals. Gotta pay back our loans...

I wish I had MORE TIME to work on this every day! I keep saying I will leave my job by 07/13/13 & work r.e. FULL time. Onward & Upward. We'll probably see if you or PropertyDirect want any deals we find. Ha

I have a florida & NC real estate license. I also have a appraisers trainees license in both as well. I have been an active member of BREIA and MREIA since 2006 and I am thoroughly family with what the real estate community is doing in all fascites of the industry in Broward and Dade counties.
I also have the experience of coordinating and managing rehabs. My cousin (and partner) is a General Contractor and can provide accurate cost estimates of any work required.
I would also be interested in being your property manager for the real estate purchased in the area as well.
This is a perfect fit! Like Cinderella and her Glass Slippers, Dorothy and the Ruby Red Slippers!!! I can't think of a greater opportunity for myself than partnering up with you two. "Like Minded=Greater Results"

Thanks Dean

Eveytime I watch your blogs it pumps me up. I just left my rehab contractor from another proerty that I'm putting a offer on. Just to let you know my second property has been completed being rehabbed and is listed to be sold. That profit should be in the $25,000 range again.

This 3rd project should take approximately 3 months for gut job. This should bring a profit of 30K.

I would like to finish by saying once you have your power team in place things then start to happen. Its taken me a year but when the rubber meets the road and profits start to happen its way exciting.

Thanks again for all your wisdom!!!

Tom

Area Manager

Great stuff, Dean, thanks! I would love to be an area manager for you here in Jersey...would love to see what your algorithim says about my area. It will be ineresting to see what Hurricane Sandy has done to our real estate market in the long term. One thing it has done has made the rental market skyrocket!! There are so many short sales and foreclosures available. There is also so much this area has to offer: the shore, new industry moving in: Walmart, Home Depot, Restaurant Depot, TArget, Wegman's and Starbucks Galore. Looking forward to what your research reveals. I've got my first deal on the rail and I'm working it remotely here from Nevada where I'm visiting with my NEW GRAND DAUGHTER!!! Back to work then good night! Blessings to all!

Still pushing 4 it!

Hey Dean,

I've been a tad late getting all
this REI business going, yet I
went ahead and posted all the
details for the area manager
assignment in the WW video you
made about it - and regardless
of who I'm working with
I'm ready to make this happen!!

Thanks for being relentless and
pushing us because it means a
lot - I noticed that when I was
typing this in there were only
21 registered users on the sidebar
of the forum & about 251 guests just
looking around - I know that you
will have an impact on everybody
here by continuing to push us and
I hope that more of the guests realize
that the time is NOW to take advantage
of this amazing opportunity in REI.

Thanks for this WW!!! [Peace!]
