"The Farmer, The Milk Cow & The Cattlemen"
This title choice is in reference to Joe Polish & Dean Jackson's "Self-Milking Cow" podcasts. In marketing, it is important to know your role in the creative supply chain. In Real Estate, one GETS to be in all three roles at different times...and sometimes one gets to be all three "simultaneously." So, the title applies.
[And, plus, then you can use this book as ammunition to "tease" JP&DJ over whether it proves or annihilates one of their theories...which would definitely be more FUN for you than "a wholesaler getting a free mansion to flip"...!!! (Tell 'em the guy with the carrot-microphone told you to do it.)]
Seriously, though, then these two creatives could write add-on chapters to your book that really turn it into an Expert's "dream-come-true" publication. Do you hink they would help spread the word about your book--with A LOT of enthusiasm--if they were featured in it?? I think they'd have to.
