P.S I was wondering..I know this is your weekly blogs but do u think u could get ur team in more of these to where they are beside and we see these people and maybe understand some of their ideas...

However, I think you need to get more creative with your book name. You might consider calling it "Real Estate G-Force" because of the G-Forces that you feel on the up hill side after the first big hill of a roller coaster.
It fits because it is a forceful time in real estate when you can use all 3 strategies.

Hi Dean, I watched your video analogy on, "Hay,Corn,and Apples". It was really easy to follow along. You have taken this real estate thing to a whole new level. You are simply the best that I have ever seen. I think a good name for your next book is : "A Higher Quality Real Estate Assurance For Your Profit." Unfortunately, I missed Tuesday's presentation because I had to work. However, I still feel good about this year, 2014. Furthermore, I believe with your weekly wisdom and my desire to go forward, taking action on your guidance will ultimately change the course of my life. I LOVE analogies that help to make things make sense!! I did think it was quite funny actually that you thought that farmers have to replant the hay after it's harvested..... when actually, once you cut the first crop off, it continues to grow so that you are able to harvest that crop more than once! I still got what you meant though, great points!!

As I watched it a second time, I came up with a title I like better than the "Harvest" title I voted for.

How about "Plant Your Real Estate Wealth"? It gets the reader involved, right from the cover.

Planting the seeds to your Future

Hi Dean, I love watching your energy in your weekly wisdom's. I am in Conroe, just 40 miles north of Houston and so many times when we go to REI clubs and meet people and have to hear the product they are selling before networking starts, it is truly amazing how many people who bought into their education, but yet my husband and I know way more and end up answering more questions than the one's who actually put the meetings together.

People think that we have been doing this all our life and we have only been educated started a year ago. Houston is such a great market however, I wish more people knew who you were because when we tell people where we got our education they wrinkle their noses and so oh I saw him on tv late night and they never checked into it, or they have never heard of you... which is so crazy!!!! There are very greedy people here that sale a strategy not an actual education.. that's what people have no clue about. We closed on our first deal yesterday and it's a fix and flip. I don't care how long it took us to do it, it's the education we have learned along the way is what matters so we can do this forever! Thank you so much for offering this education and all of your wisdom you share and that is FREE!! There are a ton of big wholesale companies out here who are looking to make $10-15K per deal so I have learned that it is the people who are actually needing housing that are buyers not the other wholesalers out here.. but I have learned valuable lessons.

Everyone is looking for more money and this title sounds like a title that is going to get you there. The other titles sound more like education on the market but not real HOW to do it.
