Dean,
Thank you for doing this amazing Weekly Wisdom for us! Its contents are the equivalent of three Weeklys!!!

So excited about the real estate market, especially when you explain how it's such a great time for any of the strategies that you teach us! And I love how you explain it in simple terms for anyone who knows what hay, corn, and apples are!!!

You should name your book "Bounce Back in RE with Dean Graziosi"
I can't wait for your new book to come out! Please continue writing it; don't let Matt distract you from it so you can finish it soon! Smiling
Valerie

Awesome Post

Hi Dean,

As usual, another great post! I think the title "Real Estate, Profit on the way up" would be awesome.

Great "Farming" Wisdom

CGMorris's picture

Hi Dean,

As a fellow "born and raised" upstate New Yorker (outside Utica, NY), I spent my high school and college years working on a dairy farm that raised all three - hay, corn, and apples! I'll always remember this analogy - it hits so close to how I grew up! I could go on with the analogy - the "second cutting" of hay is always higher quality than the first, take care of your apple trees and they will yield fruit for many years, etc.

Thanks for a great motivator!

New Book

Great weekly wisdom Dean. Great information as usual. I like the name "Shift" for your new book and I cant wait until it comes out. Thanks again.

Hey Dean, Thanks for another great Weekly Wisdom. Sometimes a deal takes so long you begin to wonder if this business is for you, which is what tends to happen to me at times. I've stuck with it for over three years and I am at the end of a very long deal and hopefully will sign the purchase contract with my seller this week but I wanted to thank you for all of the Wisdom and encouragement without which I may have quit a long time ago. Thanks for this video I will replay it over and over so I can combine the strategy and make more deals this year.
God continue to bless you and your family.
-Angel.

Hi Dean,
Great analogy, I've only for now done the apple thing but looking at the hay and some of the apples may turn into corn. Keep up the great work and whatever the title it will be a great book because of the content.
Keith

Your new book title

KeepPositive's picture

How about "FRUITS OF REAL ESTATE LABOR" with the subtitle "...Without Breaking Your Back".
Ya know, Dean, I've yet to jump into the real estate investing world since buying your book/DVD over 3 yrs ago (other lines of work are doing pretty good though), but I enjoy and appreciate listening to your "weekly wisdoms" because some of those nuggets of wisdom apply to life in general, not just real estate. Thanks for all the positive inspirations! ~Ani

on the way up

Hay, Corn and Apples

Wow Dean, I really love the analogy.
Great Weekly Wisdom. How about the book named,
the last one "...on the way up with HAY, CORN and APPLES!"

I never thought about the three before,
but I will now. Thank you for all you do to help us all invest in Real Estate and for keeping the Excitement Going!

Great Advice.........THANKS!!

Thanks for the great wisdom! It is much appreciated. It gives a great overview of RE strategies and puts things into perspective on how to invest and when.

Here are some names for your next book:

The Fruits of Investing in an Upward RE Market

How to Reap the Fruits in an Shifting RE Market

How to Reap the Harvest in an Upward RE Market

Reaping the Harvest - As Easy as Apples and Corn

Hope these help!

new book

Hay Corn and Apples

Just one comment about the hay, Dean, you plant it once, then you can harvest it 3 or 4 times per summer. For your book name how about. Real Estate-Profits Hay-Corn and Apples. Thanks Sam.

pointing out the obvious

KRISTIN's picture

As eager investors, it's always helpful to have the obvious stated and that is: it's becoming less desirable for buy & holds. When we plan our strategies for 2014 I am going to focus on wholesaling and continuing to figure out how to use OPM to buy & flip. Thanks!

HEY DEAN, In other words FAST CASH DEAN, now every time I say Hey I now know what I really mean. I like your energy and great ideas. Loyally yours chricher.

Wow, great analogy!

Dean,

Thank you for the analogy, it really made sense. I want to really use this momentum to power my future. Looking at my ruts and fighting to steer out. I'd love some help and guidance to continue so I can get my first too. Appreciate all you do for your students! Ever think of a beginners focus group? Small micro groups to kick a few of us in the right direction? Just an idea (please include me if you give it a pilot.)
