Well Dean, I took away every lesson there was to take, including at the round table discussion. If I have to pick one it would be from Ali. His 7 steps to getting it done. Stay in your "swim lane" and keep working what works. And then keep working it some more. I had great time learning and writing everything that I could and I can't wait to do it again next year.

I had to do a power nap because of all the excitement, energy and vibrancy of the EDGE hit my body just now like a jolt. Guess what I woke up thinking about? All my dreams and fantasies came true , well no, not really... But I did remember something. I forgot this little tidbit of an incredible take away. I believe it was Matt's presentation, but I woke up thinking about credit unions! Unsecured credit lines that the credit unions will give to us just because we ask. . That's a huge take away! How'd I forget that until now? Let's have a contest to see who can get the biggest first time unsecured credit line from a credit union!

Hey Dean! This year was absolutely amazing!!! There are so many take aways for me and Lisa. As we reviewed our notes and created an action plan the top priorities are get 10 buyers that all want the same thing, make LOTS of offers (Thanks Joe I'm still laughing at your presentation) and wholesale deals for cash flow to help get my financial freedom quicker. I gotta get out of this day job and 7 buzzers a day!

Thank you Dean, Matt, all the AMAZING speakers and staff that made this event life changing!! I used the R factor to set my goals until the next EDGE and it made me realize I'm going to have an amazing year! There is no stopping us all! We must all believe and take action. We all are the stories we tell ourselves so lets all be amazing deal makers and life changers who help others!

This was a fantastic event. The most significant insight for me came from a conversation with Gena - I need to be very intentional about deciding what success looks like for my business. With a wife on active duty, three small kids, and a passion for assisting military veterans with finding gainful employment, I am not willing to put more than 25 hours a week or so into my REI business, so my goal and vision needs to reflect that. There's still a lot of room for growth, and I intend to leverage other people's time more than I am now, but I will guard against letting things get so busy that it impacts family time.

I'm late at posting I already watched the Thursday broadcast...I just got back from the Event Tuesday Night so I'm a wee bit late but I'm telling you all you have to go Next Year do not Miss out it was a Great Event Take in on Deans Deals I'm registered to go next Year I can't wait... It will be my 3rd event. I got home and I already got a wholesale deal on Wednesday and I will be making 12k on that deal how Awesome is that. I got a call today to wholesale Manf. home for a lady in Missouri so I have my brother helping me out on that one. How cool is that been home for only 2 days.. I've been working on my subdivision since Edge 2013 got home called my renter to see if she's still interested in the 4 acres they picked out and she happens to be so now I have 3 of the 2 acres spoken for and one of the 1.4 acres spoken for and have 24 more to go plus 2 commercial lots left... and get this I haven't advertised yet... I can't until I get fully approved things are moving slow here because of so much activity and I thought I would have the ok...The enginners assured me that I'm fine. I wanted it done before the edge event but it didn't happen the long winter and then when it started to warm up then the equipment couldn't get in because it sunk them to the axles, so I had to put together my presentation a wee bit fast to get it out there I did it all in 2 days time. Then I ran out of Toner and I live in a town that you can't just go and buy toner for your printer so good thing I had another printer but the solid ink printer didn't print the best but it got the job done... it wasn't how I wanted to do it but I needed to advertise. It's only a month or two away from getting going ...Once the road gets built then everything should go fast.... I already have the contractor for the road they are just waiting for me to say go...So 2015 Look out... Like I've been telling everyone at the Edge this year it's so funny is that when Dean was talking about Planting a Crop well I've been just doing that...I started 2013 I announced at the 2013 edge that I purchase the 40 acres with no money down and I've been planting it every since that day and I was going to tell everyone that at the 2014 edge but I didn't get a chance I was raising my hand but no one seen it they where on the other side of the room when I had the courage to speak lol... I probably would had messed up because I get really nervous in front of a crowd... I'm getting better thanks to Dean and the DG family they are so much help. I have spent so much money with other courses and it don't compare to Dean Graziosi Teachings there's no better place to be... your at home with the DG family.... Just Do It... Don't Wait... Just Do It...You won't Regret it... Just Do It!!!! I went from Bankruptcy to a 5 digit income per month. 2015 I'm going for the million dollar bracket for the year just watch me!!! You may have read my previous comments about last year's EDGE event in regards to the live version VS the replay or livecast. As I said before and taking nothing away from the other 2, BEING THERE is an energy you can't forget. PUMPED???? I should say so. lol I had a horrendous year in 2013 with personal losses and I knew that going back to the EDGE would be just what I needed to get my head straight again. Seeing my old friends again and being amongst the elite core of our group, in a word... PRICELESS! I highly recommend it If you saw the livecast, then you know I was in participation mode this year for sure. Dean's little jab at me near the end really has me needing to propel forward this year. (I won't even tell you what Matt made me promise. lol ) I don't plan to disappoint (I've already got my ticket for next year so I can't show up having gone backwards. lol )
Then there was the educational part of the event as well.
All I can say is if you have the opportunity to get one of the few tickets left for next year, do whatever it takes to get there. Do some deals or mortgage the house, sell the car or use a credit card if you have to but just do it.
