I'm a problem locking down a property with no money down!I found a killer deal so I have the
$5,400 that is required to open escrow.I have a great buyers list but I don't want them to know how much that I am paying but they want the address so they can do their own research but the will find out how much I am paying for the house.
How can I avoid this problem?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good real estate attorney in Arizona that is real estate investor friendly and is familiar with doing assignment of contracts or doing wholesales. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Cut to the chase. I have no credit. Not bad credit; no credit! After a beating in the downturn, foreclosure and bankruptcy two years ago, what we couldn't pay cash for, we didn't buy. Obviously this was a mistake. I have applied for, and am waiting to recieve, secured credit cards.

I found a home that qualifies for a County funded path to home ownership, and I qualify.
A $100,000 home in a $200,000 neighborhood! The mortgage broker pulled credit and see above.

I need a licensed broker to fund this home. It will be owner occupied by me. I've been with my employer for 16 years and when I retire next year I will get a pension and SS which will more than cover the obligation. My credit before the fiasco was excellent.

Any ideas?

Email me with your results. I will be in the same condition. Matter of fact, Several weeks ago someone had a list of possible lending sources. I 'll have to check how it was.

What gives? There's no link to The Roberts Group nor am I able to find any information regarding Jeremy Roberts or his contact info. I have several potential buyers that I could lock into lease options and I thought I would take advantage of the suggested Roberts Group. But like I mentioned earlier, the link just takes me straight to this blog.

Just starting out here with Dean's program I've bought be a real estate millionaire, profit from real estate right now, and your town your real estate profits. I also have think a little different about real estate on the way....AND I JUST STARTED Dean's success academy. Seeing everything on here for the past couple of weeks has got me really motivated and anxious to get started but to be honest I'm scared outta my mind.
