I just closed on my first property in Southern California using an FHa loan. FHA requires owner occupied. The loan was a triplex financed for $300 that appraised for $350. I now would like to refinance to cash out on the equity, plus now making it a non-owner occupied property. Does anyone know of a lender that will refinance before 6 months of ownership? Please give me a name. Thank you.

I watched the edge 2015, started to read Dean's Book 30 Days and now as many of you are, I am stumped. Scared, I am not sure how U can buy my first property with no money and scared to approach buyers and sellers when I still have to learn to do this. I am basicallyon this journey alone.
