Let us know how you do with it. I liked it, but I always keep my ads short and simple so they want more information and call. "Acceptable" make sure your spelling is correct in your ad.

(don't worry, I've seen some TERRIBLE spelling in some of our local Craigslist ads. Actually caught my attention, now that I think about it. Probably not in a good way, though. LOL)

You ad was probably flagged by a realtor who was feeling like you are getting into their territory! LOL! Just run it again.

I agree with sistreat. Your add was flagged because of the content. Craigslist have certains restrictions and guidelines and your add may apply to this category, lol. Going throug the bank instead of going through the realtor, LOL, Try it again.

In your "AD" that you stated your going to make an offer to the bank, are you dealing only with SHORT SALES? Because if not then you would be making your offer to the homeowner, cause technically the homeowner still owns the house up until the Foreclosure Auction, SULLY

You may be making promises that you can't keep. You are telling people that you WILL buy their home for cash and you WILL make a deal with the bank. I believe you should say that you MAY be able to buy their home for cash and you MAY be able to make a deal with the bank. If anyone wanted to hold you to your statement, you MAY be in trouble.
I don't think they would pull your ad for this, but it is something you should consider.

Well I've gotten the idea here about running that kind of an add. I've seen flyers actually ran with that statement. If someone is in need of getting out of a foreclosure and someone offered help I dont know if that's considered wrong.

Yeah, you may have seen an AD like that before, however their are Investors that ONLY specialize in "SHORT SALES" like i said, "if you are NOT specializing in SHORT SALES then you will NOT be working with their bank but, rather the homeowner", The bank is NOT the owner until the property goes to Foreclosure Auction and dosen't get SOLD, in that event the property would then go back to the bank as an REO, SULLY
