Gary, Jill & Ryan Just made $9500 in 1 Day

This is a probate deal that the woman wanted 55K;
we purchased it for 35K & was planning on doing a model
on the property - roof, appliances, paint, carpet, etc.
Spending about 12K & then selling it for 65K to 70K.
Got the idea to put in the paper at 48K, & sold it in 1 day for 44.5K. It's an "AS IS" Cash Sale without inspections!
$ 9500 profit! Not bad for 1 day! On to the next!

Thanks Terry, we are in Beverly Hills, Florida. Which is in Citrus County.
Our county has the best website for the clerk of courts official records where you can just put any type of search, such as probate, with the dates & even sub-division. That was our 70th deal in Beverly Hills, Fl. which is less than 3 square miles in size, has a population of seven to eight thousand & has an unemployment rate of between 10 to 11%.
If we can do this in our own back yard, imagine what can be accomplished in a big city, in the whole state, or even the whole country!!!
