OfflineOk so here's the deal, to be straight forward I'm up to my eye balls with property listings and REO's. Between all the agents I network with in various states every week my email is FLOODED with 100's and 100's of awesome deals across the board I simply cant get to so I hate seeing these "go to waste" so to speak so I'd like to share them with other SERIOUS members that are actually loking to make deals.
I would ask "tire kickers" and "water testers" to only message me if you're really going to do something but dont feel obligated to.
How it works is I will reply to message on here witth links to the properties for you to view and you flip through and see what you like. For those that dont mind doing out of state, I have lots of listings in OH, FL and GA with more on the way. Also the south western part of MA as well, and working on getting cape & Islands listings as well though more rare and expensive being the nature of them.

Hey guys, sorry to keep you waiting. This afternoon I'm going to do an update session with all my agents and get more specific properties for those that posted here and this afternoon when I return I'm gonig to hit this thread hard and respond to everyone that posted with my listings and further info.
Also this sprung an idea in my head and that is, I'm looking for one or maybe a few people that are serious and have the ability to buy or pass off, assign these deals for a middle profit and build from there. Unfortunately the last few people I tried working with backed out after months of going back and forth so I'm putting my foot down and really bitting in specifically with the DG family because I know how serious alot of you are with taking things offline and go real world to get deals acomplished.
