Who Has Ordered the Set For Life System

Would like to purchase this program but missed the deadline. I had not checked my emails while on vacation. I s there still a chance that I can order Set For Life?

Can anyone tell me if they are having trouble with there system. I ordered it on friday and was able to log in, but today I can not even log in. I tried entering my email address and it said it was not recongnized. I thought maybe they were setting up the automated system for me, but I am not sure. I appreciate any input anyone may have.

I started - with one of Dean's books - learning about real estate in ernest one year ago. Ordered more of his books, joined my local REI club as he recommended, and have been logging on to DG.com since then. Likely in large part to Dean's recent video blitz, I NOW I feel the fear I've been feeling is for the past year is subsiding a little and I am ready for my first deal! So I ordered SFL after the call on Tuesday. (I also never got an e-mail w/ my sign-on info., nor a response to the e-mail I sent to edge10@nmrdirect.com checking on things, but just logged on to my automated account thanks to the info. on this thread.) I am very excited to get started and can't wait for the rest of arrive in the mail. My goal is to do my first deal within 30 days. I know I can do this!

One thing I'm concerned about is that after plugging in my state and county under "LeadPipes", absolutely no buyers appeared on the cash buyer list. I was really looking forward to that part of the automation especially, and it is one of the biggest reasons I bought SFL. I also realize much of this info. is "out there", but I apppreciate and am willing to pay for someone else having pulled it all together for me in one place to get me to my goals easier and faster. Thanks, Dean! (BTW, if you read this Dean, I enjoy that you let your personality come through in your commercials and videos. Otherwise, I wouldn't have trusted you enough to buy that first book from you last year at 3 am!)

I just hope the "cash buyers" list-building function works for me at some point. I also have Wednesday's call marked on my calendar to make sure I'm there. And I agree -- we need a SFL area in the DG.com forums!

I ordered mine the same day after the call and I have not still got any e-mail activation from them. I too have e-mailed the edge10 e-mail address but got no response from them and the is nothing on my spam. I can not log in I have not got my stuff on the mail. All I am doing now is wait, but for how long will I keep waiting? It feels like such a long wait lol? I feel like I have been forgotten , okay I better snap out of that thought lol. I can't wait to start putting things to action when I get my package, even though I am not sure how to pay for the next 5 months. I am taking a step of faith, I will do my part by putting to use everything Dean as and is still teaching us and have God take control.

i knew it would be something special and i was trying to get my ducks in a row for the opening,but didn't get my initial monies together until this a.m.
i certainly hope this isn't snooze you loose for all of us who are so strapped that we don't have a spare 300. laying around.PLEASE ( and you can see i don't use upper case much lol)give us po folk a chance at this system that i know is just what alot of us need to move us to take action.peferrably very soon while i have the funds set aside.

Like many that have posted before me, we too just ordered SFL and we are ready to be "Set for Life".

Just a little about me, I am a professional and make a good salary, however being self-employed has been my dream for many years. I have always love real estate, dabbling here and there. Robert is in customer service for an international casino slot machine company. He has also dabbled here and there in real estate. Robert and I made the commitment to quit dabbling and jump in to this as a career change. We are READY to make this happen and have aligned ourselves with Dean's Success Academy to start with, then when SFL came out we had to add this - this completes the Success Academy and blows the Prospect Manager out of the water!

Honestly,we have looked for the 'holes' in Dean's education and frankly, we have come up empty. There have been many others that looked good on the surface and fell VERY short when you got into the content. I love Dean's philosophy to be forthright, honest and to do business with integrity - excellent qualities!! Kudos!!

We are MORE than ready to get this going and share our success stories with others so that we are all successful. Dean has paid it forward and yes he makes money from the education that he puts out there. He deserves to make money from the collaborative collection of information that each and every one of us stand to profit from - the key is each one of us. We are responsible for our own destiny. Just as those that obtain a college degree, this alone does not promise success.

We started our R.E. journey a year and a half ago. Yes, we knew some things about RE investing and had made a little money about 15 years ago. At age 52, my husband and I were getting really dissatified with our careers and needed a way to make serious income. I'll admit that we HATE info-mercials, but Dean's passion was so compelling and his system and info were so concise that we took a new look at investing, even in this 'down' market.

After starting in January 09, we bought our 1st property in April using Dean's formulas and an investor's money. After rehabbing for 3 weeks, we put it back on the market, had it under contract in 3 days (yes, in this market!) and closed in July, making our investors $17,345 and us $17,345. I think that more than justified any "BREAD & BUTTER" that Dean made from us with his books and R.E. Academy. We're now finishing up deal #4, all with OPM and averaging $17,000+ profit on each one.

I'll admit that the skeptic in us made us really think about whether to invest another $1400 last night in systems and forms and another $1500 for both of us to sign up for Edge 2011, but the bottom line is that the return on investment so far has erased any doubt about the validity of what Dean is doing. Having access to information via the internet is one thing, but having mentorship, accountability and all the information for success at our fingertips at one site is priceless.

We hope to meet many of you at Edge 2011 whose success stories we've been following for over a year. And to you Dean, thanks again!

Good news guys! I was having trouble logging in yesterday and despite the fact that I tried to get the system to email me the password twice, no such luck. Never got the email. I tried emailing the edge10 support but got no response because I was told they do not work weekends but that is about to change.

So I tried again this morning and viola, password was sent and I'm now in the system! So excited, have been fiddling around just to get a feel for the site. Can't wait for the actual package so I can start already.

For those still waiting and have bought the system before Thursday, try going to the log in site which is https://app.sflautomation.com, put in your email you used to buy the system as your User ID and click on the button where it says "forgot password" If all goes well, you should receive your password right away.

I know you've received multiple emails from me. Last night my husband flat out said NO to SFL, then today we found out that our son isn't attending college so my husband said that we now have the money to get SFL. I told him "It's too late!" all the while breaking out in tears over the course of 12 hrs with the intense feeling that I missed my moment. I really hope you consider opening it up again Dean. All my life, I've felt like a failure, coming so close and missing it. And here, the same feeling wells up every time I think of missing SFL.

I know it says Sold Out on the order page. At least put your name and email address in there for the waiting list. I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard that Dean will open it back up to the public soon but for a higher price.

Tammy here. Nice name! Don't stop 3 feet short of gold! You will be able to do this, whether or not you get SFL or not. Your mindset will help you achieve your goals. Mind over matter. Set your goals, see them, feel them, educate yourself and then go out and accomplish them with action. SFL will give you an advantage, but will not determine your success. So, whether you do get SFL or not, determine now that you will succeed and do not let any obstacle stop you. Hope he opens it again and considers a suggestion I made to make it more affordable for his dedicated DG family on this site.

You've only written a couple of New York Times best sellers and helped every one of us here. I look to you as a great example for my 11 year son, who has LOTS of trouble with spelling and writing, and then look at what you've accomplished and your history with spelling and reading and know I have nothing to worry about with my son's lack of spelling and grammar!

I am new to this site and Dean's methods. I have been contemplating real estate investing for quite some time now. I have recently decided to take action and kick excuses to the curb. ordered mine on friday and having problems with computer. New satelite system. Can't wait for the edge material and I'm past ready and hope that all of what I felt was missing is now answered. I fill things will start to turn around and will relieve me of not understanding the nessesary steps to take to complete deals and feel confident in answering any questions that may be asked by my buyers, sellers,agents,and banks etc. Put my trust in you Dean and all Deans students. My name is Jeff and I have not bought the new SFL sys. I was on the call. My biggest question is the cash buyer lists and property lists that come with the system. Can you explain how that works for me? I mean will everyone in the cntry have access to that same info if they buy SFL? That seems like a lot of overlaping.

If I can see that part being helpfull in closing deals I would invest ASAP! I believe in investing into my business but I need to understand the pros and cons. Also need to have some sort of time fram on return on investment. Now Im not saying I need a magic pill. Im just saying, will the tool actually help to be on the cutting edge of investing today or is this too late. From what I gatherd all you need to do is make a call to the cash buyer find out what he wants and match him up with a property from the inventory list. REALY??? I currantly am using a web based system for "sales lead management", internet marketing with goto squeeze pages, all kinds of links,etc, on and on now and its nice, etc. But the lists...to good to be true. NO?

I went to the link with time left and low and behold the system said SOLD OUT. I apologize but was waiting on funds to purchase. I had to wait till i received my check, and now i find that i wont even be able to purchase this great system. I have tried to do this
business through all your teachings and even spent countless dollars on your books, system and all my heart and soul into believing in you to come through and even more
importantly that i could once and for all get this damn business off the ground and now i can't. As you say stay positive but at this point i see no positives in this sudden quick move to just cancel well before the deadline of midnight hell its only 11;30 here in Cincinnati Ohio.
I am not sure i should of even put my name on the waiting list but i did in hopes that you
find it in your heart for one last chance to a kid who has grown up way worse than you.
I am originally from Tennessee and born into welfare, FDIC checks just to live. My mother never held a job, we moved one year 19 times just to get away from my real father.
My real father held a gun to my head, my step father who was a convicted murderer ended up stabbing me twice, and to top all that off my mother passed away in the middle of the night with a cardiac arrest. I woke to find her at seven thirty. My brother and I have been through so much that real estate is the only way i feel in my heart to provide the big wealth my family deserves to not be the rich so rich just to be rich, i want to use my money to help others and be a symbol of God and to give back like you, like trump and like my adoptive parents. Dean this is it for me, my last chance to actually get this biz off the ground. So please find it in your heart to allow me to purchase this program so that i may once again have the hope to become "Set For Life."

I order my SFL system and have not gotten it yet. I'm like a kid in a candy store. I can wait any longer. Dean know how to get a person up on there toe's. It's exciting anyway. I hope to get it before he start traing on the webinar.

I think I know why my cash buyer's list turned up empty:

Instead of having centralized county land records offices or county registrars of deeds, Connecticut deed and mortgage records are filed at the local level, and each city or town (169 in all) maintains its own land records in the office of the town or city clerk."

Two towns near me have land record info. available online; two do not seem to (it appears they require you go in person to the Town Hall). That's as far as I got tonight but have to stop as I can barely keep my eyes open any longer.

Two questions I'm wondering are:
1.) Could SFL be modified to search by "town" for the state of CT instead of by "county" for those of us who live in CT?
2.) I live near the state border ... can I re-select the state and counties to at least find cash buyers near me in the next state over?
