Who Has Ordered the Set For Life System

I understand that the lead pipe isn't going to be totally accurate with the cash buyers list, but what is the Listing Date, is it when it hit MLS, when it was recorded or what ? Also, I thought the idea of all this automation is to make you able to do business everywhere ... why, once you enter the state & 2 counties does it always come up in that same mode, wouldn't it be a good idea to be able to change the state or counties yourself, without having to email support to reset it. It would be advantageous to be able to check several counties to see cash buyers in the last 30 days, 60 days or even 90 days. With that information you could determine what area you would like to do business. Thanks, Gary

None of the accounts come with a core site. They come with a squeeze page. You can purchase a core site for $27/month or 2 core sites for $37/month.

If you go into the marketing tab, click on “leadflow” and click the tab at the top that says “purchase websites” you are shown these costs. We are setting it up right now where you clicking the button to purchase will generate an e-mail to our support department so that we can call you for the billing info specifically for this monthly charge. This will be the process moving forward.

Obtaining these cash buyer lists is very expensive. There are sites out there that charge hundreds, even thousands of dollars just for a cash buyer list, without everything else the software does. In order to keep our costs competitive, we limit customers to 2 counties. No one really has the option to e-mail support to change it when they want to. We will make exceptions when people relocate and need new counties or if they didn’t get any results in a particular county. In short, It’s just expensive to obtain that info as you would certainly discover if you tried on your own. Hope this helps!

As I'm waiting for the rest of my materials to come, I was wondering if SFL speaks to what material to send to the cash buyers. Is there a sample letter somewhere that we can access?
I also have the following questions:

1. Does Dean partner with a company that will provide us with a POF letter to submit offers on short sales?
2. Are there any modules on submitting offers via an LLC and then wholesaling the property from there?
3. Does Greg Murphy provide more details about what his website looks like (information he has on it) or what type of phone system he uses? For example. does he setup an automated line or is it just where he picks up the phone and goes from there?

I would search the forum, but have been having problems using the search option.

Ok I see where to order the core website $27/monthly but it also says $17/monthly for lead generation squeeze page... Now is that for each squeeze page? How many does the acct come with?

Is there a way to purchase access to additional counties? In So Cal, I'm working in 3 counties as I'm on the border of 2 and working on one on the border of the one of the ones I'm in. I'm also going across state lines, but it might be something available as an option to add?

Congrats folks on getting the course now make sure to use it and do what you have to make time for it so it doesnt end up being a glorified door stop with no results.

There is not currently a way to purchase additional counties at this time, but this is a feature we are planning to add soon.

How long will it take for us to be able to purchase the core site once we have submitted a support ticket?

I ordered SFL on Tuesday night right after the webinar. Well actually about three hours after. I had to jump through some hoops (so to say) to get it done. I was so afraid that it would get sold out before I was able to get the money together. Earlier that day I had helped out a family member financially and that put my balance at just under $300. So i checked my other account and it had just over $200. I tried to make the purchase with two cards. I knew it was a long shot but i tried anyway. I just did NOT want to miss out on this "AWESOME" opportunity. Well, after not being able to go that route I got on the horn. All I got from friends and family was negativity and I couldn't hardly wait to hang up the phone. To make the story short, my girlfriend had just received a new 2nd chance credit card in the mail. With this system you have to go to one of the participating stores to deposit money and then wait for an hour before it is available to use. So I went to two ATM's to get the funds, then to Walgreens, then back home. I think I drove my girlfriend nuts pacing the floor waiting for the longest hour in history to pass by. I just knew it was going to sell out before I could get it ordered. I kept telling her that if it's meant for me to have it then I will get it. It's all in God's timing not ours. Fortunately the card worked and I was able to get the system. The EDGE home study coarse just got here this morning and I'm going through it now. GOOD LUCK to everyone !!!

It arrived today around 2:00pm Tue 8/24/2010. I was really surprised on how fast it got here. I am glad you all made it on the SFL and Edge 2010. I have some previous education on wholesaling properties but none under my belt yet. Dean Graziozi is someone I know from TV. When I saw some of his books on Amazon.com someone of them seem to say that dean wasn't the real deal so I declined on his books because I am not much of a reader anyways. When I joined the call for SFL I still hesitated until I saw that he offered Greg Clement's Smart Automation and any program that offers automation has got to be great. I know one thing is true people don't work, great systems do. So what motivated you to buy SFL and Edge 2010? Who also has previous Real Estate Wholesaling Education? Who has been successful with Dean's books? Would anyone mind telling me these if you have the answers. I would appreciate it. I am glad to be here. I am just desiring to know if this course will really work. I am positive that it will. His student success stories seem very real and in inspiring. Also how did any of you all become to know Dean?

P.S. Do you think this will enable a lot of us to network and do deals together across The United States? It seems possible. Thanks to everyone who replies.

Well, I'm not a wholesaler, but using Dean's techniques, I am buying a property subject to financing with no money out of pocket. This is my first deal using Dean's techniques. I have been an investor for 13 years, but have been told by banks in our credit crunch that my ratios will not allow me to buy any more real estate and I do not qualify for any more homes.

WRONG! I am now set free, just by knowing these techniques; before I even got SFL.

I'm having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I personally don't think the entire system is completely setup, but I could be wrong. All the text in the Classroom area is "red"...that must mean something. Maybe we will find out in the training call tomorrow.

The text in the classroom is actually suppose to be red. We are in the process of adding more videos for the SFL system. The videos will be updated throughout the week and we will continue to add the webinar recordings there as well for your review.

For some reason when I send support emails it it coming back as undelivered mail??? Trying to get my core site set up and get the buyer list from the lead pipe, I am in CT so no buyers came up when I entered my state and counties Please help!

& to the really negative guy mrmmant or whatever it was....does it really matter how Dean makes his money or how much of it he has. I mean come on....quit spending precious time trying to count someone pockets and get busy deeping our own! lol I for one could care less if Dean makes $50m off me personally because I know I'm gonna make mine! I ordered my SFL after the call last Tuesday and I did not get any activation link or email. But thanks to the email Dean sent yesterday or so that explained what needs to be done to get your password. Since then I was able to log in to the fast start section. Went through the done for you marketing. Right now I am a little overwhelmed with all the great information. I will log in into the system tomorrow. I have been reading everyone post about the SFL system. I can't wait to view the cash buyers in my county. WEEEEEEE!!!!! Thank you so much Dean for all you are doing to make sure we are successful in REI. You are the BEST!!!!. If anyone still having problem getting password to log in, please read Megan post again or the email that Dean sent out yesterday or so. It explained how to get your password and links to get information on different things you need to start making money now. Once again, thank you Dean, we really appreciate you.

I was just wondering if there will be a Set For Life Forum Group. I think it would be great to be able to develop relationships on/offline to help us be more accountable to each other. We're excited now and don't want to put SFL on the shelf.
It would be great to have accountability partners. If there's anyone that bought the system that lives in the DC Metro Area, feel free to PM me....it's happening in DC! Wherever you are...Be encouraged folks!!!

Customer Service reset my counties for me since I got none the first time, and I chose two in nearby New York and got 51 pages of cash buyers. Much better! I figure that even if they live in NY, I could present them with an awesome deal in CT and they should still be interested, right?

I would recommend to the programmers that they add to the system a notification for the User that you only get to pick two counties just once, because I too thought I could re-pick again and again not realizing. I would have been more careful in choosing.

I ordered mine too on saturday but still haven't received it yet...excited! Just like dgmod said, it would be cool if the sample letter would be attached to send to buyers. Does anybody know what to say to buyers? please help.

MSully1090: Curious about your situation, I did a another quick Google search, and found this on Wikipedia:

So I guess if you live in VT, CT, RI, or MA, you should pick counties in other states in the SFL system. I'd think some cash buyers wouldn't care if a great deal wasn't right in their backyard.
