Does anyone know what the link is to the webinar replay that was done this afternoon or has it not been posted yet?

Due to lack of available funds, I only got in at nearly the last minute after my SS check got to my bank. But I'm glad I did. Today I was on the first of the web training sessions where Josh did a great job of explaining the various features. I am no computer whiz, but I am duly impressed. I think this software is programmed to do about everything except bake bread. But speaking of "bread", it certainly is prepared to handled all of the activities of "bringing in the dough". Sorry.. couldn't resist a little humor there.

We spent just over an hour and a half and Josh finally had to quit because we were out of time. I had other things I needed to do, but hung in there and it was well worth my time. I'm not saying that I know what to do yet, but I feel confident that I now have an over all concept of how it works. And there are all kinds of training videos, etc. to help me learn what to do. Yes, there is lots and lots of information to sort through, but rather than feeling overwhelmed, I actually look at it as the tools that will help me to get to the point where I never have to say again, "Due to lack of funds..."

I now know that I just need to focus on finding those sellers, because there is already a large list of buyers in my site to market to. I was amazed that with a couple of clicks of my mouse I suddenly had this large list of Cash Buyers in the two counties I had chosen.

Josh even cleared up one technical point that apparently a number of us had encountered. On some of the pages we were getting a message that we couldn't navigate the site - similar to a page not found message. Well... it had to do with a security issue and it seems we were clicking "yes" to the security message, but John told us to click "no", and bingo... there were the videos we were looking for. Now I've seen that same security thing before and always clicked "yes". Well.. perhaps that seems like a small detail, but I was already dreading trying to figure out what to do to access those videos. Mercy, so many little things can affect our computers and access to stuff and I call it all "brain strain". I didn't have a clue how I was going to solve that issue. THANKS, JOSH!

I also had purchased the Automatic Foreclosure Finder, and I still need to get that set up and going. I just need some time to focus on it. Shortly after getting it and joining up with Dean, life threw me some curves to deal with, among them a trip to the ER with my husband, and the unexpected death of one of my Pomeranians.

Thank you for keeping everyone posted. When i came home from work i went directly to my home office computer to see the webinar. Not there so went straight away to this sight. Now i know i will be able to see it tomorrow. Have not rec'd the EDGE10 kit yet. Hopefully tomorrow. Thanks to Daisy and her earlier posting i was able to open the links in the classroom. So since i could not view the webinar yet i still emersed myself in other set for life material. Oh so much to learn and i am so greatful. Thanks again.

Hi my name is Richard, and i am very new to real estate investing. I order the SLF system, and i started my first lesson in the Traffic Geyser, and having problems, in Lesson two, I don't know enough about RealEstate to answer the question in this lesson. Is anyone else out thier have this issue.If there is any one that could help me that would be Great.

Hello and God bless to all DGF.Unfortanatly I couldnt afford the set for life system and I can't stand the fact that I dont have it.The system seems like its the ultimate tool to have for this type of investing.I am not feeling all that bad because I still have Deans books and all the support from the Dean Graziosi Family I believe Joining the Family is one of the smartest decisions I have ever made.I am almost finished with both the books I bought just about 2 weeks ago before I was even half way finished with the book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" I was so eager to get started I was testing the techniques and strategies and immediatly recieving results from the marketing strategies before I even knew what I was going to do next.So I must tip my hat to Dean and the whole Family Because these books are great and very easy to understand so anyone can do this I mean I have never read a book cover to cover not even in school when I had to.ever since I watched the infomercial and recieved my copy of the book I cannot put it down, my Family thinks I'm crazy but as soon as I get this all figured out they to will want to join the DGF.

Don't be hard on yourself about not getting the Set For Life. It is good but you have enough information to make deals from Dean's books and this site. Remember all of the successful students up to this point, did not have the SFL system and they are successful. If you are not already in the Success Academy you may want to check into that.

I ordered mine on the morning after the call and rec'd it on Wed of this week. Today I rec'd the email from Dean to log on to the webinar and also a link that said, sflquickstart.com. When I put in the user ID and password it kept denying it. I called the office and went on a link...(app.sflautomation.com) and put in my user ID and then the password they gave me. The password didn't work, so I clicked on forgot my password and it sent it to me email address. so try putting in that and it should help you past this. Just got in and signed the agreement, but now am too tired to stay up and figure it out.
I am hoping to find someone else in Wis maybe to work with on this.
I am very new to this and not at all computer savvy!! So I keep praying telling the Lord I need His help to understand and do this.
We will all make it, just remember pure faith the size of a mustard seed will move that mountain!

Hello All!

My name is Matthew and I am a fairly new investor in Houston Texas. I have been living in Dallas for the past year and just moved to Houston. I am currently in search for my business team hear in Houston and looking for an good investor friendly title company in the Houston area(Preferably N or NW Houston). One that has a lot of experience in closing assignments would be great. Any good suggestions out there?

Also I was wondering is there anybody here that have recently closed on a deal or did a deal using Dean's IEE technique in his "Profit From Real Estate Right Now Book" in Texas. I am thinking about using this technique to find a retail buyer for a motivated seller I have located. The property is free and clear and is in pristine condition due to renovations and upkeep but the couple desperately needs as much as they can get out of the deal(which kind of makes it difficult to wholesale).

Dean told me this is the place to come for help and advice outside of his Success Academy, so I hope he is right!!!
