I don't know if you are willing to pay but Realtytrac lists the information you are looking for. You can sign up for their free trial and see if you can get it without paying this time. http://www.realtytrac.com/home.
Good Luck.
Try these two sites they are free of charge.
www.watchforeclosure.com - on this site type in the area code for the house
and look through the listings.
www.foreclosureoftheday.com - this one you can download free software to
all the banks.
Hope these help.

the county clerk's website ? We're in Citrus County, Fl. & our website is great. If you even check the property appraiser's website by "site address" it will show what's the owner's name, then go to the clerk's site & by owner you can pull up their properties & check which bank holds the mortgage.
is how you do it in all Florida counties. However, in other states, you simply have to find out what county department is in charge of recording documents. Sometimes it is the Clerk of Courts, some times it is the Recorder's office, sometimes it is caled something else. Just call your county government and ask.

The information you're looking for is available through the county offices or website. Ask or look for the "Abstract", which is a list of all liens on a property including the lenders and possibly their address.
