What happens when the seller or bank calls either of the above listed POF providers?? Most likely a rejected offer! Or maybe they offered to provide the bank or seller with their bank statement to prove you are good for the money. NOT!!! MY guys do! Best POF in the industry, bar none. NEVER had an offer rejected. I have had B of A, Wells Fargo, Chase and anyone else call to check my POF. Never had a problem. NEVER. See my POF site below.

Using a "transactional funders" standard POF letter will kill most REO and short sale offers. The lenders don't want you to double close REOs and short sales. Why use a letter that lets them know your strategy? (you have no money)

I recently tried to pull a POF letter from the site you recommend and they are asking for $1000 retainage fee. Is that the norm? I was under the impression the letter was free?! Please clarify. Thanks

They charge a $1000 DEPOSIT to get you set up with the POF letter and the transactional funds.(and a lot more!) They refund that $1000 the first time you use the funds. You won't get anything this good without a little skin in the game. Nothing this real is free up front. All those other sources provide a free worthless letter. Then if you use their funding there are up front fees involved most of the time OR you don't qualify for their "free, no fee" TF. Use this product, get a full refund! Best there is for doing deals, not just a generic POF letter.
