Got it thru a direct mail campaign and have only had about 45-minutes worth of effort to make it happen! CA IS on the upswing, but wholesaling works every where. Something else that has proven to be true is that once you get the first deal done the others come a lot easier.

As we all know, there are areas that are experiencing a lot of resurgence in the market. With this, comes unique and specific challenges that will need to be faced and can be overcome. This is great example of taking the time necessary to make the deal happen in your back yard, and not giving up. Never give up!
In these resurgence areas, take the time to dig and look for the deals. You won’t find them laying on the surface, but they are there to be found. Remember, that deals are made.

I just saw this, not sure how I missed your kind words before now.
I do know you are a neighbor because you were the first person I contacted on this site! I was getting conflicting messages on whether contract assignment was legal in CA. I sat down and looked for another DG family member that was in Nor CA and found you. And, yes you were very helpful in your response. :9)
